Water is a little bit cold. Opening hours is stills 8:00 pm. It’s better to back to 10:00 pm. Also, parking is a common issue.

Excellent facilities, cheap prices (especially for students), and friendly staff. The PT sessions are great and well worth the price, as you get a lot out of just one session.
The gym and pool are always clean and if you time it right, you can almost have the place to yourself.

Love this gym. It is the best gym I have ever been to and I have been to many in Sydney and some overseas.
I can only hope they open up a new extension gym like they have at Harbourside in the Maitland area as its a little too far for me these days.
The classes and staff are awesome!!!!!

A very good complex to do swimming or gym work in. It really does cater for the young and old. Can get a bit bussy in there on the weekends as swim classes and aqua aerobics and swimmers all in the pool. Only thing to mention is the parking can be hard sometimes.

The best gym I've ever trained at. Fantastic equipment that is never broken. Members have great gym etiquette. Staff are the friendliest and most knowledgeable you will ever find. No attitudes here.

Only ever been to the pool. Good selection of swimming classes for kids. As for adults if you like doing laps your in luck but if you want to just swim and chill find another pool. Only one lane free for general use.

Excellent pool, clean ammenities, clean water except when their are kids parties on the water smells bad, best pool in the area though, gets very busy with parties and swimming lessons, lap lanes get busy around 5pm. Pool is very large and not as chlorinated or harsh as other pools. Most swimmers are very respectful, staff are great too very friendly.

The staff are amazing. The facilities are top notch. Massive pool, rock climbing, basketball, classes (including Zumba!) and more. Main problem is parking, which you have to pay for, and the cost of membership if you aren't a student.

Refs on the netball court are amongst the worst in Newcastle. Abysmal.
