Sadly my car became extremely unwell rapidly and their dedication and advice was very appropriated. I devastatingly I lost my beautiful girl Powder. She's sleeping peacefully now. I would hands recommend this Vet as the support given in this horrible time was very grateful. Thanks again to the team.

My Kitty was viciously attacked on Thursday night and my regular Vet had no availability to see her until Monday. We made some calls around and Clyde Veterinary Clinic could see her straight away. Irene and her… staff were absolutely MARVELLOUS.. I have no words to express how thankful I am for their quick response in providing care and assistance to Slim Shady. She had surgery and is on Meds recovering beautifully. She is due to have her stitches and drainage tube off on Thursday. I was actually so happy that I transferred both cats, Eminem & Slim Shady to be seen by them ongoing permanently

I want to recommend Clyde Veterinary Hospital because this place has everything in house, I mean they are equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment as Digital Radiology Machines, In House Pathology, etc..... and this Hospital also has separate designated areas for dogs and cats which I find it's fantastic, plus a separate entrance and separate consulting room for pets with a possible infectious disease.

Very disappointed with the level of customer service. Nobody at reception for scheduled appointment ... followed by seemingly uninterested & vague 'nurse' with no explanation for delay ... followed by more delay waiting in treatment room. That followed by wait for same 'nurse' to reappear so that I could pay them for this pantomime. All for a simple 20 second puppy injection. Poor performance & poor service.

Hi Dr Irene, I just wanted to mention that I came in to the vet yesterday with yogi but you weren’t there. I was looked after by Dr Gee Tawfik and his service was world class. He was so gentle, caring, very professional and spot on with yogis diagnosis yesterday. I left the vet feeling very satisfied and at ease. I have met a lot of vets over the past 5 years with yogi and the experience we had with Dr Gee I would highly recommend.

After moving to the area I was anxious about finding another vet for my chocolate Labrador who has arthritis. I settled upon trying this vet and have no regrets. My dog had to have surgery this week on his hips and everyone there was absolutely amazing and they arranged the surgery so fast. The vet offered for me to contact her at any time, day or night with any questions. The surgeon made sure to explain exactly what was wrong, gave me options on what they could do to help him and made sure I fully understood everything. We have been seeing Irene and the team at Clyde Veterinary Hospital since 2/10/20 when they did our girls puppy check. At first I didn’t think it was any different to other vets (they were thorough and caring but that’s what I expected) however in January our baby started having seizures and I have to say Irene and the team have gone above and… beyond. The care we have received both routinely and during emergencies is second to none. When our girl suffered a 3hr cluster seizure event Irene met us at the door. Nothing is ever too much for her.
