I have rented 2 properties from Downer and Maher over the past 3-4 years. The team there is great! They are helpful, friendly and return calls and emails straight away. After seeing and hearing other renters experiences, I have now come to realise that i was in a bubble with Downer and Maher and didn't realise just how lucky i was renting with them. A special mention to Erica who was a pleasure to deal with. I also feel I should talk about end of leases, it would appear most agents try to screw renters out of bond money at the end of leases; claiming as many issues as possible. Downer and Maher
