We are a multidisciplinary studio born from a desire to help busy people manage all aspects of health and fitness, so they can achieve sustainable health and reach performance goals. Working with my personal trainer Pat gives me accountability and motivation every time I workout. It means I get to my goal faster and Katie mixes things up and has me continuously breaking and reaching goals I never thought possible. Feels so good! Highly recommend this place! I have been working with Pat, a personal trainer and seeing Myles, Physiotherapist since last November after I got shoulder injury.
Feel your best with Brisbane's favourite remedial and sports massage therapist team - located on Queen Street, the heart of Brisbane's CBD. I was really impressed with Sarah's lovely approach to remedial and relaxation massage. As this was the first time I'd visited, I wasn't sure what to expect, particularly with the gym/workout area at the front of the space.

Myles is one of the best, if not the best physiotherapist I ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about his patient and show interest and understanding in their needs. I do CrossFit and Weightlifting and was suffering from knee pain that has impacted my training for long time. Working with Myles and following his instructions, I managed to get back to training and my knee is better than it ever was. I would always go back to Myles for any physio consultation and would highly recommend to everyone.

Had a massage booked with Bre and have to say it's one of the best I've ever had. I am a long distance runner and have had many massages in my life. Bre certainly knows exactly what she is doing. Best in Brisbane city! Amazing service and the whole business is extremely professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending any part of this business to anyone

I've been utilising the services of Renee Martin (dietitian) at Activate Health and Fitness for over twelve months. after working hard to lose 20kg over twelve months I was at a crossroads to understand how to form healthy habits that would build on my hard work without maintaining a posture of deprivation that had the beginnings of some unhealthy thought patterns with food. Renee's pragmatic and grounded approach has enabled me to keep off the weight and build healthy habits that are sustainable (and even managed to maintain weight over Christmas AND eat pudding!). Renee is the amazing dietitian in the Active Health team who looked after me for a period of nearly one year. I had a specific goal in my fitness and she was beyond helpful and supportive in this journey! From listening actively and with care to all my dilemmas in life which could have big impact to my diet to giving me best plan that suits my lifestyle to reviewing it with me every time we caught up to the skin folds she did for me as per my request, and so many more! Highly recommend this place! I have been working with Pat, a personal trainer and seeing Myles, Physiotherapist since last November after I got shoulder injury.
Pat is a very funny, motivating, encouraging trainer so you won't get bored during the training and you can't give up too. Honestly I didn't like to go to gym session and do the strength session before but now I feel it is worth seeing him once a week to improve my skills for triathlon. Now I really feel my improvement in the water after I started working with Pat.

Perfect CBD studio with exceptional facilities to smash out a training session in your lunch break. I have been training with Katie for 1 1/5 years who always mixes up workouts so I never get bored, and have seen results in my strength, body and fitness with just squeezing in half hour sessions once or twice a week. The additional massage therapists make it a one-stop-shop - David and Anna are amazing and you come out feeling relaxed and like a million dollars. Would highly recommend Activate PT - no excuses anymore - get in and see them!

This place is my lunch go to. They have personal trainers, physio, nutritionists, massage therapist all in one place.
My personal trainer Katie is amazing. I have been doing two half hour sessions per week with her for the past 3 months and I am seeing visible results. I have dropped about 3 kg and look much leaner, almost all my friends noticed the difference.
I am also using the nutritionist service to help improve my diet. I have already stopped having afternoon coffees and my energy level have improved. Their massage therapist also works miracles :)

I have been training at Activate for just over 1 year with regular personal training sessions and massages. With weekly workouts tailored to my personal goals and massages when my muscles need some relaxation, I have found that I have steadily achieved my goals of losing weight, toning and strengthening with a happy mind and happy body. If you are looking for a personal trainer that gives you 110% and massage therapists that really look after you in order to achieve results, I highly recommend Activate Health and Fitness.

Jess Stewart is an amazing PT who has gone out of her way to learn how my body works as a circus artist and contortionist, by catering each and every session to getting my body to work they way it’s meant to.
Even on my worst days, my sessions with Jess never fail to make me feel better, proving she truly is a valuable member of the Activate Health & Fitness team.
The venue itself is such a warm and welcoming environment, with all staff going out of their way to make their members feel comfortable. I highly recommend getting in there for an amazing work out.

I love Activate PT. I have been training with Katie for about a year. She is amazing and patient. She is very understanding of injuries and is motivating but not too full on.
I have also been to David for remedial massages. He is fantastic! He has such great knowledge and I've never had such a relaxing remedial massage. He really knows his stuff.
