FitClub Boxing Studio
FitClub is a place to call home where there are no egos, everyone is respected, and no one gets left behind. Being a member of FitClub is really important to me because it's a reliable source of joy and excitement in my day. Coming here everyday gives me a sense of accomplishment in the morning and so everything else in the rest of my day feels a bit more manageable.

At first I was nervous because I had never boxed before, but the family atmosphere at the studio made me feel comfortable. The staff are friendly and the coaches are very helpful. Being in the middle of Brisbane city, means you can come for a quick workout, when it best suits you. Almost 10 years ago we were at a crossroads and contemplating over a cup of tea one morning in bed.what we really wanted to do? In a serendipitous moment we both said with synchronised timing that. Our passion for Boxing runs deep and is based on many decades of authentic boxing experience.

We truly believe that boxing is extremely beneficial for everyone and such an amazing way to have fun while you keep fit and the perfect way to release stress.We began our Wellness Journey over 16 years ago when we met our Naturopath who helped us have our baby girl after many years of trying. This ignited our passion for Wellness and our flame only burns brighter with each new day.
What do you love most about boxing? I love that it is just as rewarding as it is challenging. You never really stop learning in boxing, you have to consistently train hard and work for it. How did your journey into fitness start? I started at a really young age as my father was a boxing trainer and my older brothers were boxers.
Your Boxing Coach will show you how to make many different boxing moves using the boxing bag in this 30 minute action packed class. Pure boxing drills using the boxing bag for 30 minutes. In our Boxing Circuit you will journey through a series of activities that involve the use of our boxing and fitness equipment.
We specialise in helping new members who have never boxed before get off to a great start. The best way to get started is to book into a FREE (30min) Introductory Session with one of our very experienced Coaches. Our 30 min Introductory session, is how most people get started at FitClub, it is the perfect way for you to get a feel for FitClub, meet the crew, members and feel the friendly vibe and see if it is the right fit for YOU!
For the full in-studio experience at home, we highly recommend purchasing the boxing equipment listed below. This will ensure you have everything you need to complete a full on boxing sweat session, just like you would if you were in our Boxing Studio.

We have proven with our heart rate monitor technology that working out at home via our Livestream Classes & PT sessions provide the exact same High Intensity workout results as if you were working out in our Studio.If you are looking for a one off casual Class you can book direct via our FitClub boxing app by selecting Classes then your preferred Virtual Class time.

The team at Fitclub are just awesome. Every trainer knows where you are at and encourages you to greater performance and achievements. Whether you attend in person or join the virtual sessions, you are welcomed and get a lot out of every session.

The experience you will receive from FitClub is better than anywhere else. Their staff are super friendly, supportive, and fun. Annie and Geoff make the atmosphere feel more like a family rather than just the same old boxing gym. Natalie has superior support and motivation. I was lacking on my attendance and she followed up, made sure I can break… the cycle. She is really good at what she does. Same goes to Keiran, and Mark.
They use a great system to book classes, it’s easy to use, and makes you feel like your on more of a roster schedule rather than ‘ah, I have to go again

Cannot do anything but compliment the service I receive here. Aaron kills me every pt session, but he does it in a way that understands my limitations and complete lack of fitness. The members I've met have nothing but good things to say, and I would easily recommend them to anyone looking for a place to get fit without judgement attached.

Such a friendly, close-knit team. The staff make you feel welcome from the moment you step foot inside the door. Great family feel, you don't feel like you're just a membership number like you do in big gyms. Everyone knows your name.The staff and atmosphere really encourage you to push yourself to your limits.Staff will take the time to show you proper technique.

I went to a boxfit class while on holiday it was a really good workout. The trainer seemed to know his stuff and got people moving at the same time helped people with technique. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Great gym to train at for anyone keen to actually make a difference for themselves. Whether it is just losing weight, or if you are interested in learning more about the sweet science, Fitclub is the place to do it. If you aren't a fan of gyms where people are friendly and encourage your achievements, or where the coaches and owners keep you accountable and motivated, then try somewhere else, otherwise if you are looking for a place where you can make real changes to your fitness, then give these guys a trial

The staff is very friendly and motivating. The atmosphere is not intimidating to newcomers, especially women. I felt right at home when I had stepped inside the door. While working in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia for 9 weeks, I took on the 8-weeks challenge, in which an initial assessment was performed that involved measuring my BMI, strength, and endurance. I had underwent 3 physical tests included (Test 1) how long I can hold a 4-kg barbell in each hand with my arms reaching directly straight out in front of me, (Test 2) number of situps, and (Test 3) number of pushups within 1 min each.
