Kim is a great personal trainer. When I exercised on my own, I expected too much. I would get frustrated when I wasn't seeing results. But since I started training with Kim, he has made me feel comfortable and has been really supportive throughout my fitness journey. LIFE CHANGING! Kim gave me the motivational coaching I needed to stay focussed with my fitness training and my diet. He offers a complete program that not only focuses on exercise but also nutrition. When it comes to working out, you never know what surprises Kim has in store as he constantly varies exercises and switches up the program to make… sure you are continually improving. With regard to nutrition, Kim got me to track all of my food. I was provided with nutrition goals and better ideas for healthy snacks and meals (and the importance of meal timing)! Kim Baram is a fantastic personal trainer. My family and I were struggling to find a suitable exercise option which suited both our needs and availability. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Kim would come to our home each Saturday to conduct the session in our own backyard. The service from Kim Baram and Amore fitness was outstanding. Kim worked closely with our students to ensure the activities planned were challenging but safe and catered for the range of fitness levels in the large group we had. Really enjoy working with Kim, he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around and I couldnt have done what I have without his help. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.

Kim is amazing! He has been my go-to Personal Trainer for almost 3 years now. I would be absolutely lost without him and Amore Fitness. I have used other trainers in the past, but Kim is definitely high rated (10/10)! Kim has also helped me with my diet which has seen me lose weight and I'm now down to a size 10-12. I couldn't be more happier with the results. Kim and his team at Amore Fitness are highly recommended and will help you with motivation, how to stay focussed and on track and inspire you to be more.

Kim is fantastic! He comes to our house so we don't need to find childcare. He fixed my post baby unfitness and now I am strong enough too run around after the kids. My partner started training with us in the last 2 months and sometimes the kids "join" in as extra weights!! Love it :-) Highly recommended

Kim is the best trainer I have come across. Most know the art of pushing you and edging you to finish that last rep or set, but Kim knows when to push, by how much and when to stop. He understands the physical capability of the person and tailors the plan accordingly to make one realise their maximum potential. A top bloke with good sense of humour, who is honest and has tonne-load of exercise and nutritional advice to share. Would have loved to continue working out under your guidance, but alas am moving to NSW.

I've been training with Kim for 2 months now and am really enjoying getting back into exercise for the first time since having trouble with my back. He's very encouraging and supportive. Kim was recommended to us by another couple and my husband and I both watched them lose weight, get fitter and look great. We just knew we had to do something about our weight too, so we decided to join them! I'm still so surprised at how quickly training time flies and even though I struggle sometimes, I always feel great at the end.
