In 2014, Alex finished her instructor training and started teaching The Pole Gym after being a student since 2011. One of our most loved teachers who is friends with everyone, Alex started dancing very young in Hungary. Her dance background was first in jazz, then moving on to ballroom and then hip hop which led her to perform with dance crews and in theatre productions.

You don't need to get fit before you start pole - you start pole and then you get fit! Our Level 1 Course is designed for absolute beginners - no specific level of strength, stamina, or flexibility required.
Whether you're currently pole dancing elsewhere, or you're returning to The Pole Gym after a break, we conduct free assessments to see which level you will best fit into. Contact us to make an appointment for a level assessment. Our studio offers a variety of ways you can pay your course fees.

I call this place my second home and I mean it. All the instructors have a style of their own and each of them are amazing at it. Recently I took a private class with Tri and it has helped me so much with my inverts and many different tricks. It's the tiny details that matter and Tri made sure that she tells me each and every do and don't in a trick. I love this place and I am in awe of all the instructors.

Hands down the best Pole Fitness Studio in Brisbane. Has plenty of different styles of classes and has a wide range of incredibly experienced instructors. Best thing about this gym though is the culture of it. Truly feels like a big family. Super inclusive of everyone and thereโs never a feeling of people comparing each other or competitiveness that other gyms have.

I just finished my level one course at the Pole Gym and I'm already addicted. I was greeted with giant smiles that melted away my anxiety and there is always someone nearby to help with tips and tricks. Normal gyms have always been too hard for me so I'm glad I found such an awesome place to get fit and become more confident ๐
