During periods of lockdown affecting SE QLD our Gold Coast showroom will be closed. However our warehouse will continue to operate to fulfil online and telephone orders for delivery or contactless click & collect. We will also have a small team available to answer calls and emails during our normal operating hours.
Unfortunately our Sydney store is closed permanently. However, we now have a click & collect point set up in Chippendale, Sydney. This is not a store so no stock is held on site. Order online, choose pick up Sydney and you'll be advised when your order is ready for collection. Please note orders are only shipped weekly to the collection point so you will need to order by 5pm on a Tuesday for pick up from Friday.

So disappointed in this brand. I bought it thinking it’s such a reputable brand and it would last ages. The surface started to perish/flake off. I do mobile massage so you can imagine how embarrassing it was to have to flaking off onto ppls floor. It was used for a year and cleaned regularly. Then put in storage with cover on. As it wasn’t under… warranty they said they couldn’t do anything about it. It is 7 years old now (used for one year and then very rarely for the next ) and now contemplating spending $300 getting it reupholstered. What’s the point in spending

Kudos to the people at Firm.n.Fold for tracking down my package. I placed an online order that was shipped out just before this virus took hold. The expected delivery date was a few days ago but I am not… surprised that happened under the current circumstances. After emailing them this morning to inquire, Melody responded very quickly. At midday they confirmed it was on its way and a few hours later it was in my happy hands. The first time I placed an order I received it quickly and on time. BRING BACK WHEELED MASSAGE BAGS!! So So Terribly Disappointed that U have discontinued making your massage table bags with wheels: Ive been telling & showing a number of recent massage friends my fab, but now… stiff & ageing wheeled massage bag cover. It is FANTASTIC, INCREDIBLE for when I have to move my table anywhere, including massaging once monthly at local markets! Several were keen to purchase for themselves!

Bought a Healers Choice Classic Massage Table, the frame broke with a client on it who was very much under the weight limit as are all my clients, this table was used regularly i guess and not mistreated, but would have through got more life out of it. This table was 3 years old, one year out of the 2-year warranty. Due to this no further service from Firm-n-fold on this. Would not recommend or buy a wooden structured massage table again due to this fault. Buy a metal plenty out there on the market
