Services
Consultations are run by appointment, however if you have an emergency please call and let us know you are coming down so we are prepared and have someone ready to attend to your pet on arrival. During a consultation we can assess your pet's problem, provide a physical examination and prescribe any medications.
Microchipping is not only important for your pets but also for the whole community as it promotes responsible pet ownership. Pets are like family and losing one can be very distressing. By having your pet microchipped you can ensure that should they ever become lost, they are more likely to be returned to you.
According to veterinary research, 80% of dogs and 70% of cats show signs of dental disease by the age of three. Furthermore, studies have also shown that untreated dental disease can reduce life expectancy by 20%. The main cause of dental disease is inadequate chewing, which is what canine and feline teeth have evolved to do.
At each vaccination visit one of our Veterinarians will complete a thorough physical examination and health check. This is also a good opportunity to discuss any other health care concerns you may have about your pet. During these visits we hope to identify and make recommendations on how to best address any concerns early before they become a problem.
Is your dog continuously barking, escaping, licking itself, following you around, getting upset when you leave home, being destructive, having problems toilet training or getting overly excited?. Does he/she growl or bark at strangers of other dogs, or fight with another pet in the house?. It is important to remember that not all behavioural issues are due to lack of training, anxiety is the number one cause for behavioural problems.

My dads dog was attacked by q pack of stay dogs, rushed him to Brandon clinic and all they did was give my dad antibiotics and pain pills and sent him home after charging my dad over $600. Called them the next day to tell them he wasnt acting okay and they said he was fine and to just give him pedialyte. 3 hours later he passed away. That dog was my fathers greatest joy. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR FUR FAMILY THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY!

I was able to get a same day, new patient appointment with antibiotics for $75 which I think is pretty great. I appreciate them getting me in right away when I was concerned. The vet tech was also amazing. She was so kind. I'd trust her with any animal, new born baby or anything in between.

Dr. Amanda went above and beyond to try to help our guinea pig. I appreciate the attention she provided her in her final days, and after she put her to sleep, they provided us with a mold of her foot prints, which was a beautiful and thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be back to visit when it comes time for our other animals to need to care.

Do not take any birds to this place. The vet assistant put him into shock by using hot water to wash him and killed him before the vet even got there.
When he did get there, he accused my of not caring about my bird for letting him get into that condition (he was mauled by a fox or something) even though I explained he went missing the day before and only found him that morning and brought him straight to the vet once I found him. i didnt even bother to get out of my pajamas. I found him and I went to the vet.
After my bird died, I was crying in the waiting room waiting for them to wrap him home

Firstly, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the staff at this facility. The compassion is nearly palpable. Debbie and Denni, possibly receptioning this particular day, were absolutely pleasant. I hadn't caught the name of another young woman working but, she was absolutely delight handling my service dog.

I have never been to a veterinary clinic that showed such great compassion for all animals! They truly care about our animals and their community. Not only did Dr. Jesse talk to me on the phone for almost 20 minutes about a problem my dog was having, but Dr. Doug also called me following up an appointment to check on the status of my pup. They go over and beyond what any other veterinary clinic would do!!! I would highly recommend to everyone!

The staff is wonderful here. Our cat needed surgery and the team handled his care smoothly & quickly. When our cat needed some extra help postop, the after-hours receptionist answered kindly, on-call Dr. Jesse returned the call promptly & handled the problem effectively. The knowledgeable after-hours tech at the vet helped us and made sure to demonstrate the care for our cat’s problem. On top of everything, we received a welcome card in the mail.

I am so grateful for Brandon Veterinary Clinic. My dog was sick and I took him to a different vet here and they could not figure out what was wrong with him. We made several visits and the issue was never resolved. I decided to make an appointment with Brandon Veterinary Clinic. During that appointment my sweet boy was treated so well.
