I did not enjoy my dining experience here. Not sure why there are good reviews. We were the first customer. The lady that sit us to the table was impatient and unfriendly, as she rolled her eyes at us when we said we aren’t ready to order. Feel like we owe her something? The two waitresses that served us were amateurs, lacked basic customer service skills and had limited knowledge of the menu.
Menu for yum cha was limited. Not sure about the quality of mains but yum cha was average at best. Disappointed with the radish cake - too mushy on the inside and not crispy on the outside. The BBQ pork

This restaurant is like a hidden treasure, it's so underrated. The staff were super welcoming and the service was excellent. I really loved the small details within such as the decor and presentation of the dishes. I would highly recommend to order a cocktail not only does it look and taste amazing but watching the bartender make it was just a sight to behold.

Ordered: Mushroom and vegetable dumplings (4pc), Pork xiao long bao (4pc), Spinach tofu with pumpkin and scallop broth, Deep-fried pork ribs with garlic & rice
Best: Mushroom and vegetable dumplings and Pork xiao long bao. The highlight of the meal - each piece was highly savoured. Really great.
Worst: Deep-fried pork ribs with garlic left a bit of a shadow over the meal. What was served was a pile of very fatty unrendered and somewhat tough pork ribs on which I couldn't pick up any seasoning and a scattering of oily fried pieces of garlic. See picture attached

Really good experience. The service was good - from when we were greeted at the door by the manager(?) to when we were served, it was all very efficient and seamless. The presentation of the restaurant was also extremely nice - good decor, nice cushions and lighting (we were seated near the windows), and also well maintained bathrooms! The food came quickly and was really good in terms of quality, taste, presentation and even serving size.

Great food and atmosphere. The staff are absolutely incredible. Every staff member works so very hard and all are happy to help. We took my elderly mother there and they made her feel very welcome. The lift owned by council was broken which meant we were at risk of not being able to get inside but this was no problem for their team as they personally arranged for my mum to access the restaurant through their goods lift. So very thoughtful and so very kind. They even gave suggestions on how to visit next time to reduce any inconvenience for my mum. Keep up the great work guys - you should be very

Just had dinner at the restaurant with a group of friends. Since I’m allergic to shellfish, I knew my options would be reduced, so I let everyone order their food to share and then ordered mine separated. The… waiters were amazing and surprised me by asking the kitchen to avoid any shellfish sauce in all of the dishes! The experience couldn’t have been better. Poor service. We received our rice with one of our entrees. The rest of the mains did not follow till later. Rice was cold by the time the dishes came out. They did not tell us what dishes were coming out as well. we ate a pork dish thinking it’s prawn dumplings(as we were told by the staff who brought it out). So this would be a terrible place for… people with allergies or intolerances.
The fish with lemongrass and chilli was bland. We ended up only having half of this dish. For $38 this is a tough sell.

Been here on several special occasions whether ladies night out or family birthday, and the service never disappoints. Our waitress kept an eye on us, water was always refilled, when we asked for extra napkins,… sauce, rice or utensils these were delivered promptly. Great food, generous portions, and well presented. A real neighbourhood gem!

Visited this lovely restaurant yesterday. We were greeted warmly at the door, made to feel very welcome and seated promptly. We were very impressed with the quality and friendliness of service and the food was absolutely delicious. The decor is lovely and the bathrooms modern and spotlessly clean. We were so impressed with this new dining experience in Chatswood and will certainly return. Highly recommended.
