Skye is a Preston personal trainer. After completing high school, Skye worked as a chef gaining valuable experience for a number of years. During this time she realised that her calling was in sports and fitness. Reflecting on the time she spent in the gym, in aerobic classes, playing squash and weight training, Skye decided to change her career focus towards the health and fitness industry.

Skye's humble beginnings started as a gym and aerobics instructor before progressing into personal training. Skye has worked in the fitness industry since 1999 and despite having worked in many gyms and health clubs, she feels that personal training is the most efficient form of exercise to get RESULTS!

With over 20 years of experience and mostly training women over 30 years old. Skye's Fitness has setup a studio to make a safe & clean environment were women can train in comfort and without judgement. Training at Skye's Studio is about listening to the music you like while working out. Skye's studio is fully air- conditioned with a fan for those extra hot days and is warm and dry in the cold wet weather months.
