After such a long and frustrating period of time, the Immortal Team is so excited to be back training from our gym again. Although most of our clients maintained a regular training program through home workouts, online and park PT sessions, they have been pumped to come in and train with us, to interact face to face and do all those things they couldnt for the last 8 months - most of them having only 1 db and a yoga mat.

In the fitness industry there are so many different styles and methods of training - aerobics, CrossFit, body weight training, machine resistance training to name a few. Rather than limiting yourself to one style we believe in variety, using all styles of training to provide you with sustained results over a long period of time.
Fitness is my life! I love doing it, helping and watching others do it, studying it and talking about it. Sure, rest is also really important but I just don't feel right unless I have done something each day. The energy and self-confidence and the way I feel now is mostly due to exercise but also the idea of prolonging my life is a key motivator.
Good nutrition is a key pillar of health. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you achieve a healthy weight, reduce your risk of illness and promote your overall health. What does our Functional Nutritionist do? When you work with our Functional Nutritionist Freya Beaton, she will look at the whole you, evaluating your bio-individual nutritional needs to create tailored diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations.

Train with Byron and Ben for over 10 years. Fantastic group that make you want to try harder and proves exercise can be fun. Except for running....

As a Sports Massage therapist, I take correct training very seriously. These are the best group of personal trainers I have come across! Their knowledge is outstanding and they push their clients beyond, taking into consideration individual boundaries. Could not recommend the team at immortal enough!
