Everyone on Tim's team was friendly, prompt and kept us well informed. I was impressed ability to adapt to change to market conditions and deal with uncertainty as originally had our house planned for virtual auction but with changes in regulations able to bring it toward in-person with only 3 days notice.

My property was unsuccessfully listed for rent with two local agents before I moved it to Fletchers. The difference in communication, professionalism and outcome was miles apart. Andrew, Adrian and the Property Management team at Fletchers far exceeded my expectations in every regard, and let the property within a few weeks. I could not recommend them more highly enough and only wish I had have listed with them first.

Brilliant agent - super professional and knowledgeable
Tim was brilliant from the word go. His initial quote and campaign strategy was delivered promptly and was high quality and the pricing was fair. He helped us with suggestions to get the house in order for sale and it looked brilliant when ready. Tim knew the Surrey Hills area back to front and put together a brilliant campaign for us in difficult personal circumstances for us as sellers. His performance at the auction was great and I have no doubt that it meant we got a better outcome for the sale.

Found a quality tenant in no time!
It was a great pleasure working with Fletchers Canterbury as the staff were very friendly, open and professional. They briefed us well upfront and kept us informed of every step. The most impressive part was that we had many interested parties coming for inspection during the first week, and we had several quality applicants! In the end, we found a quality tenant during the second week!

Excellent Job Leasing out my property during difficult times!
I have been extremely happy with the service I have received so far. Whilst Melbourne has been in lockdown leasing out properties is difficult, however I have found Adrian and Morgan to be thorough and persistent with finding me a quality tenant for my property.

The selling of our house was plagued by lockdowns at either end of our campaign. Steven maintained regular and informative contact with us and advised us on how to manage this difficult terrain. We had the option to auction online, but Steven's skills proved themselves in delaying our auction date and proceeding with a live auction. He is a skilled auctioneer and knew how to read the crowd and the bidders and at the same time keeping our interests at the forefront. The support team on the day where excellent and only there to serve both Steven as auctioneer and us as vendors. We highly recommend
