Services
House calls can be arranged if you would prefer to be seen in the comfort of your own home. This can be useful if you or your pet have physical or emotional difficulties with coming to the clinic. Emergencies can be brought into the clinic immediately and will be seen as a priority but please try to phone the clinic first, if able, so we can be extra prepared for your visit.
These tests and procedures help our veterinarians to diagnose the many disease processes that may be affecting your pet and how best to manage and treat their condition. At Bentleigh Veterinary Clinic we can perform the majority of these tests and procedures onsite. However, in certain situations we utilise the services of veterinary specialists to achieve a diagnosis and provide your pet with the best possible care.
Surgical Theatre: Bentleigh Veterinary Clinic has a dedicated surgical suite. We utilise the latest equipment and surgical advancements to provide the best surgical treatment for your pet. We perform routine to advanced surgeries including; desexings, lump removals, cancer surgery, gastro-intestinal surgery e.g.
Dental problems are prevalent in the pet population because our pets are unable to floss or brush their teeth! Chewing is beneficial but is often not enough. Dental disease is serious because it can contribute to life threatening organ dysfunction, including heart and kidney disease. Maintaining good dental health can be achieved by a variety of methods and we can advise you of the best options for your pet.
Vaccination: Vaccinations are important for preventing serious disease in your pet and for reducing its spread in the animal community. At Bentleigh Veterinary Clinic we stock a full range of vaccines for cats, dogs and rabbits. We are happy to discuss with you the different vaccines available and help build a specific vaccination program for your pet (depending on your individual circumstances).

I recently took my new puppy here to have her vaccination and worm treatment. From my experience, I would highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr David Stasiuk. He was knowledgeable, informative and very caring with my puppy. Being a new dog owner I really needed all the help I could get. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me valuable advice on how to slow down her feeding by using a food puzzle bowl and how to keep her mentally stimulated. He also recommended an online training program which I found to be extremely helpful. Most importantly, my puppy came back to me happy and

This clinic is a Godsend for many pet lovers in the area. The staff clearly love animals, enjoy what they do and are simply delightful. The reactions from the little furry patients to the staff there is a clear testimonial to their love and care!
They have also ensured all covid restrictions are adhered to while being sensitive to concerned owners. We have been very happy with our experiences here.

Have brought all my animals here including when I was younger our family dog who made it to 17 years with the great support from this clinic. Getting my own pets I had to decide where to go and so happy we continued here. We had to put my lovely 15 year old cat down yesterday and the care, advice and love we received from the whole team has been wonderful. We have moved away from the area but will continue to come here for our Bernese mountain dog and any other animals that are sure to come to us in the future.

Our dog needed a lump removed. He had a very traumatic but lifestaving experience at the emergency vets when he was one and has been anxious about the vet checks ever since then. The amazing team, especially Flick and Belinda, individualized a care plan for our dog to have this procedure done with minimal if not any anxiety for him. The care was exceptional.

Our fur-baby sends a BIG thank you to Dr. David and his fantastic clinic! We recently moved to the area and are very thankful for the way our Newfoundland's digestive issues were managed.
Dr. David took the time to patiently examine him, answer concern and even went the EXTRA mile (literally!) by dropping off some meds. Pretty cool right ?!
We thank the clinic for their support, friendliness and not just treating us as another number to add to your list. K says sorry to Dr. David about all the slobber and until we meet again :) (in healthy circumstances!).
