Perched above Brunswick St, you'll find our rooftop bar. With perfect backdrop for after-work drinks or weekend hangs, catch some rays while you quench your thirst with funky cocktails, or make your way down our impressive beer & wine list. Our full menu is available on the roof so there's no shortage of nibbles for the table.
Can I make a Rooftop booking? We do take bookings on our rooftop at all times except on Friday and Saturday nights, when it is just a walk-in basis for tables. We host bottomless brunches every weekend, more information can be found here. Brunch is fully prepaid at the time of booking, but refunds can be given if any drops in numbers or cancellations are made 48 hours prior to the brunch date.

The food was really average compared to other AVC establishments. Parma was dry, lacklustre in presentation and tasted old, chips were cold on arrival. My partner was likewise unhappy with his burger. The biggest issue I had personally was with the drinks. I ordered a gin and soda and the soda water was flat, which I assumed maybe was a one off- I then ordered a plantation and dry, of which the ginger ale also had no carbonation. It shocks me that they would serve drinks like this, especially at the price and level of service expected of them. Completely unhappy and won’t go back.

I did a bottomless brunch here this past weekend and I was very impressed! This was the best value brunch I have ever attended. Mimosa's on arrival, the staff were so friendly and accommodating (We had Rosa, Becky, Tess & Cody) and made it an overall great experience. The atmosphere was beautiful and the food was yummy.

Website is highly misleading. Advertises brunch as "bottomless with two hours of free-flowing bevs and brunch bites". Had to pre pay when booking and then told immediately on sitting down that food was only a single item per person. Small serves, average quality food. Incredibly disappointing for a group that was not interested in drinking. Staff were polite and lovely (it's not their fault).

Bad experience on 2 Jan 2022. Two very rude staff members at the bar. Walked a few steps into the hotel with my mask on to find out if they could fit 4 in. The long hair guy came rushing out of the bar and followed us to the door on the way out to tell us we cannot just get in without checking in even to ask a simple question during covid. The way it was done was just so rude.

I first went here for my boyfriend's birthday in January and loved it so much I took my girlfriend for her birthday just on Saturday!
The roof top area is super cute. I'm not a massive fan of all the stairs to reach the roof top, but it was worth it when we got there.
The staff were friendly and attentive and the drinks were cold.
I've been to quite a few of the bottomless brunches here in Melbourne and this 1 at the Provencial tops my list for value for money.
I will definitely be back through summer.

My friends and I booked in a bottomless lunch on the rooftop for birthday celebrations and it was the most amazing experience. When we arrived upstairs, Leyla was so bubbly and welcoming showing us straight to our table, along with explaining all the information clearly for the 2hr set period. The staff regularly came over to the table and checked on us all, so we were never waiting without a drink in hand. Will definitely going back soon! 5/5
