My cardio, core and strength exercise program uses Zoom technology to deliver virtual group personal training that is better than in-person training. WHY? Because I can monitor on screen and modified each exercise for your personal fitness needs and exercise safety. The SqBoxFit Zoom program is based on the science of cardio, core and strength training with mindful practice at home.
Fitness doesn't have to be complicated. We give you 3 strategically chosen exercises each week and ask you to workout for 9 minutes daily. This workout is enough to improve the key elements of fitness: Cardio Endurance, Muscle Tone and Core Strength. Consistency and repetition is the key to fitness success.

Having had Anna and Eva's fitness classes recommended to me by a friend, I have now been attending for over a year . Each week the activities are different and target specific goals. Individual attention ensures that exercises are carried out correctly and at the level appropriate for each person. While classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Anna send a 9 minute regime to follow in between and during school holidays, with up to date nutritional information and inspiring scientific data to help prevent falling by the wayside!

I am so pleased I heard about this exercise program through a friend. The routine is varied and challenging which has kept me motivated to attend, despite the early morning start. Anna and Eve are excellent trainers and able to give specific and informative feedback. I feel so much stronger and fitter since I have started this program.

Would highly recommend the Square Box fitness program in Epping . Anna and Eva run a very varied program each week . The skill and expertise of the trainers are the best I have ever experienced at any gym . The importance of doing the exercises correctly without damage to any muscles or joints is a priority and individually based . . It's always a fun workout great group of ladies and great way to start your day .
