Milano is widely regarded as one of the leading inner-city Brisbane restaurants. Milano's is an elegant outdoor cafe in the European tradition with an emphasis on excellent, modern Italian cuisine and an extensive wine and beverage list including 12 boutique and imported beers on tap. Our staff are passionate about food, and wine and creating a Brisbane dining atmosphere where you feel comfortable and treasured; just like part of our family.

The team is very knowledgeable on food produce and wine matching, and our paddock to plate ethos ensures the freshest quality ingredients are sourced directly from the supplier to eliminate the middle man. This has been a long standing tradition since the venue opened many years ago on Queen Street Mall and continues to be the reason that Milano has had a consistently loyal customer base throughout the years.

Top rated luxury hotel with a lovely restaurant. I only had a light breakfast and coffee but I certainly enjoyed the finery and excellent service.

The Server Fred, was amazing. He made our dining experience extraordinary. He amused my kids with his outstanding riddles. He did not have to do that, but he went above and beyond. Food was exceptional. We will come back. My kids live you Fred.

Great food and great service. Had dinner with a friend before a show at Jones Hall. The salmon was perfectly cooked and delicious. I also had the deviled egg sampler with was good as well.

The menu sounded great & the service was wonderful. I was really excited to try everything and anything. I think the expectations unfortunately fell short for the price. The sorbet was my favorite part.

Dinner at 3:30, but everything was AMAZING. The staff were very friendly and helpful. GET THE SALMON! It was so good. This Lancaster salad was great but the avocado glazed salmon on sweet potato mash with brussel sprouts and mango was amazing. The bread pudding was also phenomenal

Really love there food. I and my friend like to go there for dinner we love the spaghetti with seafood. Definitely recommend this restaurant and the spaghetti. Staff are friendly and helpful too 😊

Being so close to the street and bussle of downtown you might expect a noisy meal, but to the contrary. In fact it's almost as if the outside fades away into the background the minute you step inside. Amazing food, especially breakfast.

These are my people. Not because I live a block away and can walk home within minutes. Not because the old fashion is not only delicious but creative. Not because the staff makes it a point to remember my favorite items and my preferred seat. OK, I lie. It’s because of this and so much more! I love Cultivated F + B! Watched patiently as they recovered from Harvey and couldn’t imagine it would come back so strong. Wish they had a weekend brunch menu but I’m sure it’s coming as the venue grows. Go there, stop and say hi because I’m pretty sure I’ll be there.
