Greg Hocking leased our property for 3 years in this time they had found us 2 seperate tenants who were perfect for our property. We didn't have to think about the property as the ran it all and any maintenance issues were discussed and fixed.
We recently sold the property where the team had it styled, the property was listed and then we sold it in 4 days about $35k more than we wanted. The sale team guided us with making the best decision with offers we had received.
Very happy client would definitely recommend.

I would like to thank the property manager shanni for her outstanding service, we have been renting for 5 years now and move once a year due to work.
Greg hocking is honestly one of the best real estate rental to deal with.
Unfortunately we moved interstate so couldn't rent another property through them,
we hade a few issues in the property they where into it asap, they worked with us to fix the problem instead of trying to charge us as other agents have in the passed and failed.
When moving out it was a smooth transition, property was inspected bond returned no questions no mess.

Warning To All property owners!!! Do your homework well on this Agent Cassandra Hutchings and stay away from this agent who is only after numbers but lacks completely on service knowledge and maintaining relationships on all levels.
