I’ve bought and sold several houses over the years and working with Joan from Mancini realty was a pleasure. She made great recommendations on pricing, which allowed us to sell our house quickly. At one point she did an open house on one night’s notice to piggy back on another open house down the street. She’ll listen to your interests and provide advice based on years of experience. My experience in dealing with this company was terrible. They improperly listed a condo I was interested in purchasing not stating that the property required 20% down. Not only did they not list this important detail, but they accepted our offer on the property and AFTER we had an inspection done they then stated the Board required 20% down. I read all the emails sent to my agent at the time and they were very unprofessional in how they communicated with the agent with two different associates not appearing to be on one accord. We still wanted the property submitted enough assets to show we could

If you want a personable realtor company that treats you like people and listens to you, come to Mancini, Pat and the rest of the staff are fantastic, dedicated and sold my house within 5 weeks on the market. They took care of every detail to close the place and managed to finish the process within 3-4 weeks of the accepted offer. Pat dealt with the fine details with the town to our relief. They also were incredibly kinda and caring towards my sick father, always asking and checking in on how he was feeling.
