I'm an easy going and relaxed Personal Trainer with an exceptionally high level of technical expertise and over a decade of industry experience. I never yell during sessions and will always listen to what you need. I will meticulously formulate a realistic plan to help you progress with your training and long term health goals but also have the versatility and experience to respond and adjust as your needs change.

I have trained clients for triathlons, marathons and every sport you can imagine. I have also trained clients with a range of ongoing medical conditions and significant physical limitations. I have experience working closely with GP's, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Specialists.
Services
I have a wife and two daughters and we live in Willoughby. All of us love the outdoors and spend most of our free time playing in the park, at the beach or in our garden. One of the best things about living in Sydney is the wonderful temperate climate and beautiful public spaces along the foreshore and I feel very lucky to get to enjoy that with my family and clients every day!
I run groups and private sessions throughout the Lower North Shore in a range of public parks, in clients backyards and their own home gyms or on location for businesses. The physical locations I service include - Chatswood, Crows Nest, Mosman/Balmoral, the CBD and area around Walsh Bay, Cammeray, Northbridge, Beauty Point, Waverton, Wollstonecraft, Milsons Pt, North Sydney, Willoughby, Neutral Bay, Cremorne, Lane Cove and surrounding areas.
I have been running private One-on-one Training sessions in Willoughby or the surrounding areas since 2009. I also run early morning small group Personal Training sessions in the shade on the outskirts of Willoughby Park (on Warrane Rd). And down on the expansive outdoor netball courts at Willoughby Leisure Centre.
I love Naremburn Park for a whole host of reasons. It's located only a short walk from the centre of Crows Nest, St Leonards Station and Naremburn shops making it convenient. It is picturesque with a well shaded public park with two full sized football fields (manicured for cricket during the warmer months), two basketball courts and cricket nets.

I've had my share of trainers over the years but very few listen to you, check in with what your goals are and most importantly ask how your body is feeling. Jonno makes every session fun and brings bloody great music! His knowledge of the body and how to get the best out of you is second to none. I genuinely can't recommend Jonno highly enough!

I’ve been training with Jonno for 2 months now and I’m loving it so much! I’ve become so much stronger since I’ve started and Jonno is always so fun to get along with. I’m able to confidently do exercises now that I couldn’t do on my first day and I’m so happy with the results I’ve seen so far! I always feel encouraged and enjoy each session, as well as the fun training guide he prepares to achieve your goals! I feel healthier and happier 🙌🏻

I have been training outdoors with Jonno for approximately five years. I meet with a group of six or so. We are now social distancing as per Government requirements, and we now bring our own mats. Jonno Is very professional and diligent throughout the session in sanitising the equipment he provides, so that we individually have clean equipment for each exercise station. He has obviously put a great deal of thought towards our health and well being and with the new arrangements the session has run quite seamlessly. I feel confident to continue with this group session and keep up the benefits of

I've been training with Jonno for 8 months now and I've been delighted with how enjoyable the sessions are and how much progress I've made. I was initially nervous about starting PT sessions due to my history of back pain but Jonno has been excellent at working around this. He's very good at keeping me motivated and building up my fitness whilst also working at a pace I'm comfortable with.

Jonno has been my personal trainer for over 2 years and the outcomes are outstanding. Always fun to work and easy to deal with while extremely knowledgeable and professional. Jonno takes a really unique approach with his sessions and keeps you in track by easing you into the workouts and building up to a level that I genuinely never thought I’d get to. He has tailored our workouts to suit my injury recovery program post knee surgery and hit all my personal goals including losing 25+ Kgs in less than a year. I barely miss any sessions since starting with him 3 years ago as it’s the highlight of my day and his podcast and playlist recommendations are just the cherry on top.

I thoroughly enjoy every session With Jonno and look forward to the next. I have seen really fast results in terms of my fitness and strength goals. Jonno takes an intelligent approach to the workouts. Each one is different, moves on from the last, and good fun. Being outdoors is a bonus. And he’s super flexible which means I can fit in into my slightly irregular work schedule. Highly recommend.

Jonno is a great bloke and a great trainer. The sessions are hard but fun and change every week. Jonno also offers invaluable knowledge on all facets of personal well being and fitness. The one session a week i train with him keeps me constantly motivated and fit. Absolutely brilliant trainer!!

Every session is a great experience, incredibly effective and lots of fun. Jonno pushes us to our limits and outside of our comfort zone. Jonno is an amazing Personal Trainer. Every week I find myself lucky enough to be looking forward to our sessions together. Our sessions are always challenging but rewarding, (your body will constantly remind you throughout the week about that fact). Jonno happily uses his expert knowledge and experience to customise exercises to the body areas you wish to work on, as well as balancing the sessions out with fun activities, like boxing. As well as the workouts being productive and enjoyable, Jonno is the perfect trainer to push you towards your health and fitness goals.
