He has combined his formal qualifications (including a Diploma Sports Management and Master Personal Trainer Level 3) along with many years of practical, real-world experience training people of all fitness levels from all walks of life.

The Symmetry Complete Package is a unique new program that will involve all aspects of health, well-being and fitness. You will be able to customise your program to achieve your optimal well-being in the one convenient location. 3 x 60 min remedial massage sessions (1 per week x 3 weeks) from Castlecrag Remedial Massage.
In order to enjoy life to the fullest extent, we all understand that it's important for the things we rely on to be functional. We have our cars checked and maintained regularly to ensure they stay in pristine working order. But when it comes to our bodies, we often react to issues rather than prevent them with regular assessments and maintenance.
Whether you have worked with a Personal Trainer before or not there are always lots of questions, which we encourage. Here are some of the more regular ones we are asked. When you arrive for your initial session with your Personal Trainer you will fill out a pre-exercise questionnaire. It is important to let us know of any injuries or health issues you have currently or in the past.
