Hello, my name is Sam Struthers, and after 12 years in the fitness industry; as a personal trainer, gym owner, and strength & conditioning coach; I'm excited to offer you the most accessible and complete fitness service in the North Sydney and Cammeray area. Get excited, we're helping people by putting strength and body composition where needed.

We take a strength and conditioning approach to personal training, meaning we focus on your problem areas and fix them. Personal training is all about you. Sports Conditioning; Fat Loss; Rehabilitation; Core and Posture improvement. After 12 years in the industry my goal is to not only help, but support good people who desire great guidance. 2017-current: PCYC North Sydney. Sold the Ridge Street gym needing larger premises, and looking to extend my help for clients and amateur athletes. We like to take a strength and conditioning approach to training, meaning everything is done for a reason.
I'll train you like a modern day temple, with the same focus as I have for professional and amateur athletes. As a strength and conditioning coach, weightlifting coach, and personal trainer, I have the expertise to look after your movement and posture; while providing a fun environment for you to enjoy you rtraining.
Professional and respectful, we get your results without the unnecessary yelling and screaming so you can actually enjoy the gym environment. Nutrition & tailored Eating Guidelines to educate you and teach you a true balanced diet so you can make your own informed decisions on what to eat and when.
Take advantage of your own Personal Trainer and train with a friend! Buddy training is a great way to stay motivated and furtehr enjoy your work out with partner exercises. Your Fitness instructor and yourselves get the best results when your Trainer can sit down with you individually for a half hour consultation to go through your individual needs, nutrition and injury concerns.
Just like our "in Gym" Personal Training Service, Mobile Personal Training is all about You. Your Mobile Personal Trainer has a car full of all the necessary exercise equipment needed, allowing you to train at a local park or even at home, aimed for those with a busy schedule or simply can't stand gyms!

I have been training with Sam and the team for over 6 months now and lost 10kg in the first 3months. Sam is an excellent trainer who focusses on nutrition as well as an excercise routine. In the last few months 3 of my friends have joined the group excercise classes and we all enjoy training together. The small class sizes are great to ensure we all work hard and get personal attention from the trainer. Training outside an air conditioned gym is so much better, especially when you work in an office all day. I can recommend Bounce Fitness as a great gym with great people who ensure you succeed to

Bounce fitness boot camp has been a whole lot of fun and I've managed to lose weight. The Trainers push you hard enough not to kill you so even when I've turned up tired after work I've felt much better for the exercise. Highly recommend!

Bounce fitness offers a very warm & welcoming experience. The gym has everything needed to create a dynamic session whether you're a newbie or a season veteran. The staff are always friendly and on hand to help in any way.
Sam as a trainer I would recommend highly his knowledge and ability to create a work out to help you reach your goals is superb.
Another major bonus is the ability to utilize the tennis courts available.

I have been training with Sam for the past few months and couldn't be happier (although I might not say that first thing in the morning). Sam is always mixing training up which keeps it really interesting! Great advice with nutrition as well which is an added bonus. I feel fantastic and have seen good results and I love the outdoor training sessions!
