Our studio has been designed to help you reach your ultimate health and fitness goals, with programs tailored to the individual. The classes are small and intimate. There are minimal mirrors in the studio to help with confidence and everyone will know your name, making your experience at Body Language personal and comfortable.

Our well-thought and structured training programs have been designed by an Exercise Scientist and are tailored to the individual needs for each client. We offer 1:1 sessions, 1:2 sessions and Small Group Training. We guarantee you will still receive a personal touch from every session you join. We also offer a Nutritional Program, where sensible diets are created especially for you, with room to include many of your favourite foods.
Services
Don't be intimidated by this program, as we always ensure anyone of any fitness level who joins has a fun and enjoyable experience in this challenging training session. What to expect? You will see an improvement in your physical fitness, agility, coordination, strength and speed.

These sessions have been designed around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and the Metabolic Conditioning fitness methods, making each session very effective at helping you strengthen your body and increase your fitness level and to also get rid of excess fat.These sessions are the perfect addition to any existing Personal Training package at Body Language.

Peter and the team are amazing! Very welcoming gym and Glaucio (who I have trained with) is so great at getting you moving and training post injury. Camilla (who I am training with now) is fantastic to train with when pregnant. You feel like part of the family with the Body Language team
