My experience with Richardson and Wrench as a tenant has been very positive. I had Faddy as my property manager and have found him to be very responsive and helpful right from the start. He's been transaparent, communicative and accommodating throughout our time at the property and very responsive if we came across any issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend R&W and Faddy again.

All the staff especially our property manager Faddy were great to work with, always super helpful and efficient. Faddy was extremely attentive and any issues were resolved right away. End of lease went very smoothly with full bond returned. Myself and partner will definitely use R & W Maroubra when we return to Australia. Thanks again R & W team.

We were having some issues finding a rental that suited us and when we applied to what will be our new place Faddy was very helpful and quick to gain approval from the landlord and strata. He is an excellent communicator and even communicated with the previous tenants about some questions we had.
