I was treated extremely disrespectfully as a buyer. As a buyer I was interested in a property that James was selling and James couldn't give me a clear reason why he wouldn't allow me to see the property, he stated that he couldn't give me a property inspection because a pest report was being under taken and when i asked what about the rest of the… week he paused and said it was just put under offer. I was also spoken to in a condescending way which I thought was unprofessional for a real estate agent. As a buyer talking to an agent i was expecting them to give me a reasonable explanation

He provided useful and affordable tips for getting my house ready to sell and he treated everyone involved with friendliness and respect. He was able to negotiate an excellent price for me (and the buyer is happy too). He also negotiated a really great settlement period since the house sold in 5 days, selling a lot quicker than I thought it would. I am really happy with James and will recommend him to everyone selling their home. It seems too good to be true, or like you should be spending more to sell such an expensive

Mates Rates sold mine and my partners house in absolute record time! We needed a quick sale as the timing on our move was quite tight and Mates Rates made it all happen with ease. I don't usually leave reviews, but James at 'Mates Rates' Real Estate did a fantastic job and got me a great price for my property. I have previously had a terrible experience with a large agency, and was very wary. James did what he said he would do, made the house look great on the internet, and was much cheaper than the other agents quotes.
