Went to Dr Tony Eldridge as he is a "TMJ specialist" for chronic jaw pain and grinding at night. I have had the issue since I was 5 years old. Some mornings I would be unable to eat because of the severe pain. I was told it was due to stress and sent away with a piece of paper on how to massage my jaw. Was also quoted far less on the phone than what I was charged for on the day. Ended up having to travel to Melbourne several times to get real treatment (Scans, molds, a sleep study, a 6 month mouth retainer to give my jaw muscles time to recover and a permanent sleeping guard to keep my airway clear

Dr Ram Nair has looked after our family of five since we moved to interstate to Tasmania 5 years ago.
Our two youngest children are on the autism spectrum and they have absolutely no fear of going to the dentist at all.
Dr Nair and the staff are always calm, welcoming and friendly. We couldn’t recommend the practice more highly.

Highly recommend Dentists of Tasmania Sorell. I had issues occur suddenly and have had a fear of the dentist. I’m now completely over my fear and on my way to having my life time dream of Braces. Can’t thank them all enough for how caring and understanding they have been also their compassionate nature and apart from that the high level of service I received.

Don’t be afraid of going to the dentist! I saw Dr Ram Nair who is wonderful, and I didn’t feel any pain at all, for the first time ever a dentist used numbing cream before the local anaesthetic. And I didn’t even ask for it! Top quality work as well. Not a bad experience at all for a trip to the dentist. Thanks Dr Ram !

An excellent dentist! Twice I have been in for urgent dental work, and have been fitted in well. Special thanks to Roger and his assistant, for staying back so late last night. I fully expected a fair bit of pain and to come home broke, but it was painless in my mouth and my back pocket!! Thank you, very much appreciated and looking forward to my next check up!
