After 100 years of research into the psychology of people and couples, we now have the knowledge to repair relationships. Emotionally focused therapy is considered to be the gold-standard in couples counselling.
Based on adult attachment theory, it addresses the root cause of conflict and helps build a relationship where the two partners can get their needs met, resolve their differences and heal from past hurts in a calm and collaborative manner.Let us help you create that.
