Coaching is a process where by one chooses to focus an intense level of energy on components of their life to bring about change in a short period. Coaching is an interesting relationship for people as a coach plays multiple roles during a session mixing between pushy dad, to encouraging friend, to knowledgeable teacher and even nagging mother-in-law all at once!

Given the means, we all have the capacity to manage our lives well. However at times life gets hard and we can 'fall off the wagon' - over the years I have designed a number of self-paced self-help programs specifically to enable individuals to take control of their own lives and draw upon services in ways suitable to their circumstance.
Regularly throughout the year I facilitate a number of public workshops throughout the Asia Pacific region - subjects are built around coaching strategies, yoga, mindfulness, psychotherapy, counselling and more. Joyful Movement & Jolly Steps is an initiative of Shane Warren Coaching & Counselling Services, with Kait Luker and Jeff Lou; who each understand the practical and motivational limitations of regular exercise.
