It a courageous act to seek help, which means you have already initiated the first step in the healing process. My approach endeavours to provide a supportive space in which to unravel the challenges which create discomfort in our lives. Behind all our experiences are signals and structures which can be noticed and explored to gain insight and a call to action that can support greater health and wellbeing.

This approach is informed by Process work and Narrative Therapy synthesised through the lens of many years of lived experience as both a Psychotherapist in service to a wide range of clients, as well as being a Spiritual Seeker on my own journey of personal discovery. I value the wisdom of the body and mindfulness practices, as well as sometimes including creativity and movement in the context of our exploration.

Anxiety can stop us from moving forward in our lives. There is always a good reason it has emerged in your process. Learning to develop sensitivity and curiosity for its purpose can lead to a shifting relationship with its impact on your life. Move towards feeling more free, more content and developing the capacity to pursue what you want.
Learning to get along with one another is one of the greates challenges we face. Yet, it is also a wonderful opportunity to develop new skills and awareness that can impact on our relationships - whether in a work setting, with our friends or associates, or in an intimate relationship. There can also be an undercurrent of shifting power dynamics, which can be hard to notice or track.
Some face specific challenges which inhibit the ability to enjoy and explore intimacy with other(s). Interestingly, these processes often parallel other dynamics which play out in our relationship world. Moments of insight and resolution to can have a profound impact of our overall well-being. Some are looking for a space to expand their relationship with the erotic aspect of themselves and the potential of sexual fulfilment and satisfaction.
There are such a range of Addictive Processes - some highly debilitating and others more nuanced. However, they all inhibit our vitality and well-being. Some create a drain on our resources, our relationships, and our sense of personal freedom. Exploring the processes behind our impulse to "act out" can make a difference in our behaviours.
As a gay man, I have inevitably attracted a strong gay client base, addressing a broad range of issues - from sexuality to identity, addiction to relationship issues. The shifting face of "queer" culture is constantly evolving and thus we find their is a broad umbrella of sexual orientation, same-sex attraction that has softened the edges of its identity.
