Jody was an amazing help to our granddaughter. She helped her navigate and fill out forms, direct how to write essays and review them, decide which schools were realistic for her to apply to, and be that support she so needed that was outside of family. She is calm, concise, and really knows the process inside and out. On top of all this she understands how to talk and support teenagers through these life decisions. We recommend her highly and she is well worth her fees.

Going into the college process was immediately super stressful, deciding to go to Jody for help was the best choice I made for myself and the whole process. Every time we would meet was a success and I got so much done in the hour that we met every week. Jody kept me on track and gave great tips and suggestions for everything that I had to get done. When I was feeling overwhelmed or lost on writing my essays, Jody gave great pointers on what I should talk about and how to bridge the gap between my ideas and putting it in my essays. Jody was fantastic for our son and for our family. She worked with our son every step of the way, from creating a list of colleges that were a good fit, to helping him identify an essay theme, to keeping him accountable through the essay writing, applying to colleges, and following up.
Her communication system is great, both with keeping the student in check, and the parents informed. She is great at creating an individualized process and meeting the student where they are. We can't recommend Jody enough. We are very grateful!

We are so grateful for Jody’s expertise, professionalism and calm during what can be a pretty stressful experience for students and parents. We wish we had signed on our daughters freshman year, but despite starting much later, Jody got her on track quickly. Jody takes time to really understand and listen to the student, while working within a family’s financial realities. Her recommendations made sense, and our daughter has received many acceptances. Jody is a treasure to work with, and full of information about exactly the field of study my daughter was interested in (environmental science). She was enormously helpful over the 4 months we worked with her, giving us inside info about colleges, advice for essay writing, financial aid tips, all in an organized and efficient way. I can safely say there is little possibility that my daughter would have gotten into her college of choice w out Jody. I could not get her motivated - I got workbooks, I toured school with her, I made schedules, nothing was working to get her engaged in the process. I was referred to Jody by my daughter's friend who completed a less hands-on workshop - so lots of different ways to work with Jody, but can't recommend highly enough

Jody is amazing. We had used a different college company with our son in the Midwest. It was regimented and not very personal. Working with Jody was refreshingly different. Instead of regimented, Jody is organized, and encouraging. She helped my daughter to stay on schedule & therefore she completed all of her applications early, allowing for time to focus on senior year. Jody has a system for students so that they have all of their materials in one place on-line, and access to her notes. She also provides a dependable on-line method for scheduling meetings. I highly recommend Jody. Without her services and support to my son, it would have been very difficult to get through the college application process, and we would not have been nearly as successful. She is patient, supportive and encouraging with the students. She keeps them on track and helps them to think outside the box.
