I paid £110 a night for a room that was no bigger than my downstairs toilet with dirty sheets a mouldy toilet and mouldy shower which didn't work there were hall way doors spring loaded these would continue to make the room shake all night as people banged them against a wall and to top it off the room was above some sort of function room where they proceeded to party with loud music until around 1am if I wanted to try and get some sleep in a nightclub I could have for around £10 not £110 jump to the morning to receive a stone cold breakfast without toast as nobody informed me or my partner

My husband and I have had the most amazing weekend at The Beaches Hotel. Our room had the most fantastic sea view that I could have sat at all day. We dined both evenings in the restaurant, the food was divine and the Maitre d Jeff, brought a whole new level of dining experience to us, he is an absolute gem, nothing was too much trouble and we loved his stories. We were spoilt to breakfast in our room on both mornings, thank you to lovely Sue who kindly made that possible for us, you were amazing. Although we have been visiting Wales for over 30 years, it was our first visit to The Beaches Hotel

Stayed there for a night last night. We arrived there 1:10pm trying to check in but was told check in from 2pm. We had the wedding at 2pm so we asked them to check in late around 12 and 12:30am and no problem. We got back to the hotel around 12:20am checking in was fine, went in the room and found out the toilet was very dirty but we need to use it. I rang the receptionist asking her to put the note down that the toilet in our room was dirty and I will speak to someone more in the morning as I thought it was too late there wouldn’t be any cleaner are in the hotel this time. I hanged up the phone

Booked a night here recently on booking.com for family reunion. On arrival there was a slight hitch in booking but this was sorted immeduately by nice lady at reception desk. Hotel itself was lovely, clean, friendly staff and food from restaurant was excellent - plenty of and tasty. Nice location right on seafront so handy for a early morning dip in sea or hotel pool whatever takes yr fancy. Seems popular for weddings as there was one going on day we arrived and following day. Hotel also has some chalets adjacent to hotel for rent/hire so plenty options to choose from. Most definitely recommend

Lovely hotel, had a 3 night stay and I do not have a bad word to say. Lovely quiet location right on the sea front. Booked with breakfast included which was lovely. Plenty of choice. The dinner menu also represented good value for money . Hats off to the staff very attentive. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful sea view room with nice decor, and a large bed. Great TV with netflix built in. Would have liked net curtains on the windows for privacy, and the curtain itself was a bit stiff to close. Lovely shower in the bathroom.
Breakfast is great, and i love how it is bought to you. Same with dinner, good range of options for vegetarians. Friendly service for both.
On the second day, breakfast and dinner took quite a while to be served, but it is understandable as the hotel goes through changes etc.

Comfortable beds, great views and sunsets all delivered by a team of caring staff taking the hotel rating to 4* soon to be confirmed. Food all around is good, keep an eye for the day special’s, had beef medallions and pepper sauce which were excellent. Thanks to all, will be back no doubt.
TIP: make sure you book your table for breakfast and dinner as it can get busy
