Mainly giving them higher stars for the great staff. Very quiet lunch service so I'd expect nothing less. Allira at the bistro was friendly and helpful; directing us to Tim for function enquiries. Tim was terrific; taking us upstairs to view the rooms and answering all of our questions.
I ordered a salad for lunch and whilst the size was good it needed more of its stand out ingredients. When I see beetroot pumpkin salad, I want beautifully roasted chunks of pumpkin (not little cubes) and more than two slices of beetroot. Definitely add chicken. $5 extra but you'd probably leave hungry
