Was recently there for a Birthday get together. I ordered the Flathead with Salad. Yummo! Great, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly service. Chips are to die for....flogged some off a mate's plate. Only thing I'd pick, is the amount or lack of, for the price . Maybe lower the price of them or add some more. Otherwise brilliant! Will go back for sure!!!

After enjoying a birthday party and a Christmas function at the renovated Jesmond Hotel I could not be more impressed. Quality decor and ambiance, quality dining, quality food, quality staff.
A very enjoyable experience and will definitely be returning for future birthdays and functions.

During a peak rush on a Thursday night they decided to close an entire half of their bar. Not only does this restrict the amount of people they can serve but also forces people within close proximity that is a breach of COVID laws. There was easily 15-20 people within 2 square metres of me. I also had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes just to order.

Thank you to all the staff for their patience, understanding. The bottle shop attendant was extremely helpful,the security staff were very obliging, the front house waitress extremely patient. Your establishment made it so easy for me with my deafness once again I appreciated the way I was treated.The food was brilliant.
