Delivery high quality, results-focused small group training session and individual programs for members. Personal Training session from one on ones to groups, to growing your Personal Training Clients. To work with in the team to deliver, develop and implement the day to day running of the location.
What do you love about being a PT? Coming from a very sporty family I have always had a massive interest in health and fitness which lead to my love for the gym. The gym has helped me reach many of my own personal goals from improving my body composition, performance in sport and has significantly helped me from a rehabilitation and mental perspective having spent a lot of time rebuilding following sporting injuries.
Personal Training will help you stay accountable to the outcome you want to achieve also with providing knowledge, motivation, support you as you work towards these. A far greater exercises consistency and intensity compared with exercising alone. We have a fantastic team who have experience working with clients of varying fitness levels, goals and limitations - we will discuss who may be the best 'match' for you when you come in or visit.

Do not sign up here. I was told upon signing up I could cancel anytime with two weeks notice. No contract was sent to me upon sign up. 6 months later I decided I wanted to cancel my membership. The person on the desk told me it had been cancelled. The next day I get a call to say they actually will not let me cancel as apparently it was a “lock-in” contract despite never being told this. Multiple phone calls and emails to the club unanswered and I am still stuck paying. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from all staff and managers I’ve been able to speak with.

Do not go here. Unprofessional staff. Never offered a free trial to test out the gym. Gym equipment all outdated and the weight increments go up massive. Tried cancelling before the second payment come out, told by multiple staff they would cancel it and look into it for me as the staff member was unsure how to do it herself. To then call and message and someone just say come in to see them, I did that and they told me I could pay out the fee or continue to have my payments taken out for 3 months? What a joke. Gym is never cleaned. Mats are old as the hills, there is actually no mat in the mat

Booked with Spa clubs for a brief stint of University placement (3-4 weeks). However after cancelling, Spa clubs continued to bill me for the following 3 payments, taking a total of $80 out of my account without permission. It has since been 3-4 months of talking to unhelpful staff and a manager who promised me I would get my money back but has not followed through. Incredibly unprofessional and horrible service all round. Do not recommend unless you want your money taken without any way of getting it back.
