I have traveled around the world never stayed in a less welcoming place. avoid the grumpy couple at all cost. they are in the wrong industry not hospitable in the least. i repeat avoid they complain at everything for everything. nothing is clean. they dont want you to even use the air con you pay for. worst stay.

These people are scammers. Do not stay here! They make every excuse to not give you back your deposit. They claimed the room was dirty but they done room service and we checked out early so we never stayed the rest of the stay. I have never heard of a hotel that do this. Secondly the light went out in the bathroom and the man was complaining because he had to fix it. They was complaining because we checked out early, they make every excuse to keep your deposit. The air conditioner was leaking even though they so called fixed it. They don't even know how to clean properly. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Oh

Fantastic! Stayed here for a few nights late 2019. Great facilities, location, decent pub and restaurant named Dunwoody’s was only a few mins walk. This room included free parking and unlimited wifi too. The only concern was the low ceiling fans, I had to watch as I’m quite tall, but this wasn’t a problem and I would certainly stay again :) Important to note that I booked this through Air B n B privately. 10/10.

We stayed here in July and loved the area as great restaurants, pubs, shops, service stations all a 5 minute walk from Apartment. Very clean room and well decorated. Full kitchen and big fridge ideal for cooking meals. Bathroom was clean and the management did a service on the room while here. It was quiet and the pool and bbq area clean. Nice stay. Will stay again.

A few run down units in an apartment block owned by various people managed by a grumpy couple who seem to be perennially unhappy to have you staying there. They will nickel and dime on practically all your needs and generally the less you interact with them despite their insistent, pushy sales tactics to buy tours from them at inflated prices, the more enjoyable your stay.Based on detailed ratings below, I give it 2/10 in overall ratings
Beds : Had a queen and a double in the room. The Queen mattress felt uncomfortable and when i mentioned it to the male manager, he practically shooed me away

The location of this place was good. Away from the hub bub and close to a heap of places for food. to get to the centre it's a good 20 minute walk. The managers of the property are friendly and helpful. Always wanting to help where they can. The rooms are old and run down but kept clean and neat.
Rooms are only serviced every 3 days and there are a few rules to follow scattered around the place

The managers were lovely, helpful and completely accommodating. They offered to personally pick us up from the airport! Rooms are what you pay for - comfy beds, decent air conditioning, a good amount of food prep/utensils (enough to cook yourself breakfast at least).
The pool was nice too; the managers have pool towels which they can give you if you don't have your own 😊.

Not good for young children. The design of the building is very bad for acoustics and the lady was on our back in a very patronising manner about noise from the young children. We aren't bogans - kids are just loud and you do what you can as a parent. As others have said, I heard her talking about other guests to a guest in a negative manner.
