We viewed one of the units for sale at Grosvenor on Thursday 22/07/21 to purchase, however we just didn't feel we could tolerate the traffic noise. The exterior and grounds seemed like it needed updating & cleaned. Stairwell up to three levels certainly needed a coat of paint. Expensive Body Corporate Fees & no balcony + no window in the one bathroom.

The room was not clean. IE, other guests rubbish under the couch. The half flush on the toilets didn't work (3 toilets). And the toilet in my room didn't fill. With 2 people sharing, this was very unhygenic. When we complained, nothing was done. A few days later, the toaster blew the power. Toaster was replaced. Next day he asked how the toaster was, I replied great, but the toilet isn't working properly. HE LAUGHED, I SAID IT'S NOT FUNNY. HE SLAMMED HIS DOOR ON US
