Walking distance to Cairns waterfront esplanade, numerous restaurants and bars, shops, and the Cairns Lagoon swimming pool.

FAMILY FRIENDLY, The Oasis Inn may seem dated and in need of a facelift but we found the place way more relaxing than the five star accomadation we've used in the past. We're on holidays and the plan is to spend the least amount of time in a motel as possible. The owner (Mike) put us directly next to the pool which was great for the kids.

From Oasis Inn Cairns Accommodation it is just two minutes to the Esplanade where you join the Cairns bike path network. Ride south to the Lagoon or North to the Botanic Gardens. The network is hundreds of kilometres, encompassing dedicated bike paths, cycle lanes on major and minor roads, joint walking and cycling paths, and sealed off-road trails.

Disappointed, we paid good $ to stay here for two nights, our bedrooms had the wrong beds (different to described), rooms were bare, dead roach in shower along with ant infestation in the kitchen, the air-conditioning was hardly cold, there was white stains on the couch, no locks on doors=no privacy, there was holes in the curtains, hardly any soaps and hygiene in bathroom for five people and two nights rust stains on bathroom sink, mirror was dirty only one power point in a two bed room and in a very inconvenient place, wifi was SO SLOW AND you can't close the toilet unless the toilet seat is

Stayed here for 4 nights & couldn't fault it. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable & the manager Michael was extremely nice & helpful 👍. Will definitely stay here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very bad manager boss with no respect for guests attitude was very horrible toward children and I regret booking that motel ...please family's and tourists do not book here I don't want you's or your children to go through what i had to put up with for two nights such a absolutely terrible man

Depressingly bare rooms, accidentally left a $120 jacket on the cloths line, returned 4 days later to see if it had been found and was told by the cleaner it had been thrown in the bin, thanks for the hospitality. Nb. Maybe don't throw paying guests belongings they have forgotten in the garbage the day they leave

This was a great place to stay, nice and tidy, quiet too, had a great sleep, air-con chilled my room right down, staff were very helpful, Mike in particular, who helped with my booking that I buggered up, he was very respectful andcleared up my mistake with a minimum of fuss.

Air-con leaking on carpet in bedroom and vents are dusty, stains on curtains, dust on cupboards, very noisy. We had to change our own linen due to lack of communication between staff and management. Paid good $ to stay there, we expect good service 👎

Great place. The rooms are clean, fully equipped and located next to the seaside promenade. I sincerely thank Mike, the manager, very accommodating and awesome. I loved my stay. I recommend!

While the rooms are a bit dated, the staff are great and we felt really welcome. The rooms are large and well lit, and the apartments are clean. Great if you are planning to stay for a few days to learn diving and explore the reef. Highly recommended.
