Veterinarians at the High Street Epping Veterinary Clinic have a broad range of experience in animal health. Veterinarians and nurses regularly attend seminars and continued education to remain current with new techniques and equipment. Dr Michael Bell is the practice owner and Principal Veterinarian.

Deciding to welcome a dog or cat into your family is a big decision and will provide endless fun over many years. There are large amounts of information on dogs and cats available in many different formats, and sometimes it can be contradicting. This can be daunting and overwhelming and leave pet owners confused.

This place is our local and we've been taking our dog here for a few years. They will never run on time, we've had appointments first thing, middle of the day and last of the day, we always wait at least half an hour.
Other than waste your time the vet is fine.

Chloe would have to be one of the rudest receptionists I have ever heard on the phone.
Ask for emergency assistance, get told to to the animal hospital which is 30-40 minutes away as apposed to that clinic 5 minutes away.
Then get a mouthful from the very rude woman when I comment it's great that your regular vet won't help in an emergency.
If you're looking for a pet focused vet with friendly staff, this is not the vet for you. Even on previous visits they are nowhere near as friendly as other clinics I've visited in the past.

Extremely disappointed by the terrible customer service we experienced at this clinic. The receptionist Sara was extremely rude to both my husband and I. We had booked with a particular vet and confirmed four days before to be told on the day that he didn't work on Tuesdays. She also yelled at me for calling to see if my dog was ok.Carly did the after care when we picked up our dog and she was informative and very helpful. I wrote an email to the owner explaining what had happened and more than 2 weeks later and have had no response. Obviously customer service is not a priority.

I took waaaaaay too long to change vets. Best decision I ever made coming here! From the first phone call my questions were all answered! Mind you my previous vet I’d been chasing for for MONTHS with little to no definite answer. Then on the day of my appointment, I printed off my dogs history from the previous vet and our new vet here at Epping, sat there and read absolutely everything !! That alone deserves the 5 stars. Now moving on, I was originally quoted $2k to sedate my dog for one biopsy at my original vet clinic. I came here to Epping and they’re like ah no we might not need to sedate

Great, friendly staff. Only dissapointment is that you must pay in cash or they won't treat your pet. Other then that, if you come loaded you can expect great service! I had my little puppy microchipped and vaccinated and they were very calming and quick.
