Your group will enjoy the use of the house, guest wing, games/bar room, pool, gardens and 2 chalets! Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to platform limitations in setting prices for specific dates, some long weekends and holiday periods are subject to a 3 or 4 night minimum and a surcharge.
We are receiving many requests to view the estate, especially from brides and grooms planning to get ready for their big day in one of our luxurious suites. We will be scheduling 1 hour tour bookings twice a month between guest check ins, and these will be the only times it will be possible to view the property.

Kitchen is very well stocked with ample crockery and cutlery, wine, champagne and water glasses, serving bowls and platters, placemats. Pots, pans, baking trays, plastic containers, etc also supplied. There is a 4 slice toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee frother, coffee plungers, sandwich toaster and blender.
The owner has thought about the needs of the person staying and you can feel the extra thought when you stay here. From full length mirrors, large beds, large bathrooms, TVs, provision of mini fridge and kettle and iron in the chalets, to trampoline, swimming pool, swings. We stayed as a large group.

We had 4 amazing days here for a combined 60 40 birthday with family. The house was beyond perfection and with so many different areas to dine we felt like we were going to a different venue every night. We had plans to eat out on one of the days but did not want to leave. The pool was lovely and we could sit in a shady area to watch the kids. The gardens were beautiful and we felt like we were at a resort. Highly recommend!

FANTASTIC PLACE !!
We stayed here (10 people) for a two day work function, and the place served us above and beyond what we had hoped for. the team were helpful, and made sure we had what we required. the rooms were fantastic, and the common areas/garden served us very well.
I have already had a few work members asking if we can use that venue again next year, and I agree.

Really just want to warn anyone considering booking In the Valley of their cancellation policy, which states: "we do not cover for extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions on home gatherings, acts of god, force majeure events or other circumstances that may force you to cancel your accommodation". This means even if government restrictions state that you can't attend your booked dates, they can still charge you. I naïvely thought this was not legal and missed it buried in the Ts&Cs.

Stayed here with a group on a work retreat and loved the bucolic scenery, glorious period architecture and overall sense of calm. Wood-panelled bedrooms with picture windows and crisp linen, and particularly spectacular in autumn. It was a fantastic midweek escape within a coo-ee of the CBD. Recommend.

We stayed as a large group. Yet had the private space with ensuite to each bedroom, children had their own games room. The stay was so comfortable. The house was so clean The garden was perfectly manicured. I would recommend this place to any large group who is looking for a good holiday accomodation close to Melbourne.

The property is in an ideal location closely situated to the world renowned Yarra Valley wineries.
It not only exceeded my expectations in terms of amenities, size and comfort, the property was very well maintained and clean.
If you’re looking for your next family and/or friends getaway, I cannot recommend this place any higher.

We recently stayed here with a large group and it was a fantastic visit. The entire property was well maintained and the facilities were perfect for our needs, it's clear the owners have put a lot of care in looking after the property. The location was also in close proximity to some fantastic wineries which was great. Couldn't recommend this property enough
