I recently booked and confirmed this property through Booking.com. The day after my booking I was advised that my stay was invalid as a result of an error (I was advised by the resort that Booking.com incorrectly priced the accommodation) and that I owed additional money for the accommodation. This was most unsatisfactory. I’ve been told that as a result of the error, Booking.com will refund my money in 7-12 days.
I’m not happy with the process, regardless of who caused the issue. There were no positive steps taken by the resort to come to a solution or assist me with my booking. They advised

We have stayed at little cove court in the past, in another fantastic unit. This time we stayed in unit 3. The unit is positioned facing the main street/ ocean which is fantastic and busy track leading up to Mitti st. HOWEVER - There are no block out curtains in both main bedroom and living space. There are daylight transparent blinds. This means for the whole week my breastfeeding wife felt like she had to cover herself at night in any room while feeding. There is absolutely no way we would stay again, and feel like it is something that should be rectified immediately before other guests unknowingly

This place is in a great location which we visit often. This is the first and last time I would stay at this place though .
For safety reasons anyone with children should avoid this place
My family stayed here hoping to enjoy a well earned rest and quality family time unfortunately my daughter sliced her foot open in the plunge pool of apartment 5 requiring several stitches. Mark ,the so called manager ,did a terrible job of helping us. Not only did we have to pull the flaps of skin together with bandaids we had , as there is no first aid, but we also had to find our own way to hospital.a sorry

Strategic location to stay. We were here for 2 weeks to unwind from the southern cold weather. Just a quick brisk walk down to hasting streets where the restaurants and shopping are. Food collectively on hasting Street is the best compared to sunshine beach or Noosaville or tewantin. Little cove beach is not as crowded as the main beach, heaven.
