FIT SQUAD is your local small Group Fitness and Personal Training Team based in Yarraville. We pride ourselves in creating a positive, friendly environment for all people of all ages to achieve their fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, toning up, gaining muscle or just to feel more invigorated.

Perhaps you're dealing with mental stress, anxiety or a range of everyday situations that often get on top of all of us. Whatever you're situation we are available to discuss the relevant health solution for you. Group Fitness sessions run in month to month blocks & are unlike any other fitness class you have tried.
Services
Group Fitness Classes with FIT SQUAD include Boxing Circuits and Metafit. These classes are a great way to enjoy your fitness journey with others. Our classes are smaller than other traditional classes so our trainers can concentrate on you as an individual. We will never treat you like a number.

Metafit HIIT Classes are 30-minute classes that combine traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire!Without any Boxing experience or Fitness base, you can join in our boxing classes. Advantages of our small Boxing classes are you will get specialized attention to help you maximize your results in a safe controlled environment.
Fit Squad Personal Training is here to help you personalize your training. Whether your goal is weight loss, to build muscle, improve strength, to feel better about yourself or do a fun run, whatever your needs we have a solution to help you achieve fitness success today. Our Personal Training sessions are a 30-minute express workout.
I love everything fitness. Both Fitness and Martial Arts have been more than just a passion for me, they have been an ongoing lifestyle. I am always learning different ways to exercise and enjoy sharing this knowledge with you when ready to take the same journey. My fitness philosophy is Positive Mindset, Intensity & Hard Work.

How can something that hurts that much in the moment be so much fun?????
Adam keeps this at the right pace for all (a massive effort with our spread of 10-48rs!!). And results are VERY visible in the 10 weeks I’ve known him
The right level of push for results and understanding that there are days when 100% is 50% of yesterday’s availability

I find it to be such an efficient and effective program - only 30mins.
Truly lives up to what it promises to deliver when you do it correctly that is the afterburn and more. Results can be seen in a week if you do put in the work truly. It is adaptable for everyone. I am so addicted to the afterburn and feeling the benefits of this program that I always looked forward to teach this program. Caution: you can get addicted to it.

It change my life completely. To become one of Malaysia FBX instructor is a blessed for me. Start as a student for this programme and from that moment i did not look back. I determined to become certified instructor. Why? This fitness programme are effective and not time consuming. Only for 20 minutes per session, it can give an amazing transformation to individual. Personally, this programme had make me more stronger and i have more lean body. It also make me more fitter. I love FBX so much and ready to spread it out to everyone.. ❤️❤️❤️

ABSOLUTELY LOVE doing fatburn extreme as part of my own training and as an instructor! Only 20 mins and you've completed an unreal metabolism boosting session which doesn't ony have an unreal after burn effect of up to 48hrs, it covers cardio, speed, agility, power, strength, aerobic & anaerobic fitness too! The FIT SQUAD team and Adam provide an ongoing supportive fitness and wellbeing environment. Since my mum began she has lost just under 10kg which has allowed for increased fitness capabilities and improvement in overall health. The strength of positive group involvement which is not only supportive and understanding, creates a productive vibe allowing for strategic investment in reaching personal goals. Also it can be loads of fun. Highly recommend to anyone that is committed to creating and achieving fitness goals.

Great programme best ever. Quick and effective. only 20 minutes. What a power and adrenalin...LOVE IT. improved my fitness level strenght speed and power. It's all we need nowadays. I decided 3 years ago to became an Fatburn Exteme Instructor and last Year GameFit Instructors ... and that was the best decision ever. T30 helped me to grow my bussines and be successful with my classes. I became last year a Mastertrainer at Europe... Join the resolution. Best Program with no doubt

I am so happy I found the Fit Squad to help me get back into fitness. Adam and Shaun are great motivators with a non-judgemental attitude. There is always light-hearted banter that helps you get through the workout. Fit Squad caters for all fitness levels and we are always shown different levels/ways to do the same exercise. I can only describe the other ‘students’ as an eclectic, warm and welcoming group of people. I feel that I am well on my way to achieving my fitness goals with the help of Fit Squad. I can not recommend them highly enough.

It takes a very special group of people to get me out of bed early on a Saturday morning for exercise. Adam, Shaun and the team at FIT SQUAD are amazing. My early morning grimace and grumbles about exercise are always met with such a chipper attitude. Dare I admit it? - I actually miss it when I can't attend now. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Just did the Bali bootcamp with Adam and what can I say apart from AMAZING! Such a down to Earth person and a great trainer. I learnt so much in the week and will definitely be using these things when I get home. Thank you so much Adam & you will definitely see me back!

I started with FitSquad almost 5 years ago now and I have never looked back. FitSquad’s group fitness classes give a community vibe to a great and very effective 20-30min class.
With regards to FitSquad’s personal training classes, I participated in the 30min 1 on 1 session with Adam and I could undoubtedly say that he gave me the most… effective and best workout each week that I have had in a long time. In terms of the owner, Mr Mulvaney is an A+ motivator and will make sure you reach your physical goals, (whatever they may be), as he did with me. He loves what he does showing

The trainers know their stuff & the classmates really make you feel welcome, even as a newcomer
I'd highly… recommend these guys to anyone from those who have thought about getting fit, but has always said 'it's too hard to get started', all the way to those who just want to keep their body mobile, young or old, all are welcome
