Services
That firm is now called Daley Law Practice. Peter has appeared in, or has assisted Counsel, in all Courts from the Magistrates Court to the High Court of Australia. As a successful solicitor of considerable experience, throughout the years Peter has developed important professional relationships with many members of the Queensland Bar.
The purchase, sale or lease of real property always involves a significant financial decision. At Daley Law Practice maintaining a meticulous professional conveyancing service means refusing to lower our standards in client care simply to compete with cut price promoters who can expose a client to great risk through lack of qualification, attention to detail, or plain inexperience.
At the earliest possible time we explain to our clients the four step procedure followed by the Court and the information required in order for the Court to decide a property settlement. Once we have that information we are able to advise our clients on the possible outcomes and the stages of the matter.
It is essential to have a valid and enforceable Will prepared in order that your assets can be distributed according to your wishes and that any children under the age of 18 years can be cared for by a guardian of your choice. In the event that you die without a Will, you are said to have died intestate, in which case your assets will be distributed in accordance with the State Intestacy Rules.
Peter has practiced in Criminal Law throughout the whole of his career. From the outset, he practiced almost exclusively in Criminal Law at the Public Defenders Office (now Legal Aid) wherein he dealt with often highly complex criminal matters. He has defended clients for offences ranging from simple traffic offences and drink driving to more serious charges, including murder.

Phoned on 15/1/20, asked for a price on probate application , was told do not have pricing would have to book a consolation , asked how much that would be told if so ahead with application be no charge, but do not go forward with him there would be a $350.00 fee for consolation.
I feel like that is like this entrapment, I rang few solicitors before hand they all had no trouble giving me their fees plus disbursement fees.
I really don't know how he can operate like this, basically come in I give you a high price you either go with me, or pay $350.00 fee.
I find this very bad business practice

Their understanding and communication throughout the process provided a clear picture and relieved much unnecessary worry and anxiety. I would confidently say Daley Law Practice is among the best Lawyers in Brisbane and highly recommend their service.
