At Northwest Health Medical Centre your child's health and development is our priority, from pregnancy through to adolescence. We offer antenatal shared care, baby well checks, monitoring of your child's milestones and childhood immunisations. Our GPs also focus on feeding and sleeping issues, allergies and eczema, asthma and respiratory issues, common childhood illnesses, nutritional assessments and general development.
Our doctors at Northwest Health Medical Centre have extensive experience in men's health and strive to provide the highest level of patient care. Our men's health services include prostate and bowel cancer screening, family planning options, screening pathology tests, sexual health, mental health, sleeping problems, skin cancer check-ups as well as cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes checks and management.
Australia has one of the highest incidences of skin cancer in the world. Any new spots, lesions or spots that are changing (in size, darkness, pain or itch) should be brought to the attention of your GP. At Northwest Health Medical Centre, we provide regular skin checks, identification and treatment of abnormal lesions and information to help you understand personal risk factors for skin cancer and prevention.
Diabetes is one of the most prevalent and fast-growing health conditions across Australia today. Our experienced GPs at Northwest Health Medical Centre can offer advice on prevention and management of diabetes, arrange on-site blood glucose tests and talk to you about your diet, exercise and how to monitor your blood glucose levels and even arrange appointments with a Diabetes Educator.

Edited my previous 5 star review, awful clinic with extremely rude receptionists. Myself and my family have been going here for a few years, became a close contact to Covid so must self isolate for 2 weeks. Called to cancel 2 vaccinations as I cannot attend or leave the house, receptionist spoke very rudely to me and raised her voice at me telling me I should have cancelled sooner and that I still need to attend my vaccination, I explained I rang straight after finding out Iām a close contact. Would they have preferred that I come to my appointment and spread Covid instead and put all staff and

Doctors have to Google your symptoms and I wouldn't go there if I thought I might have a serious illness.
In my opinion, none of the doctors here are competent and this practice is here to milk the Australian tax payer and re-route patients to more qualified health professionals.
I had shingles and was only diagnosed on the 3rd visit there. It was quite a severe case and should be quite a visible, easy diagnosis.
You can book your appointment online, but they are always running late (normally 20-30 minutes).

Easy booking process, lovely staff and great doctors. Needed to see a doctor for my one year old on a Saturday night - and Northwest Medical Centre came to the rescue. Reception staff were so kind. Went in right on time, and doctor was fantastic with my little boy. Thank you so much for your amazing service.

Friendly reception even when busy. I'm a 'regular' but I've noticed them really trying to assist 'walk in' patients get an early appointment or give them alternatives. As for the Doctors, they get to know you very quickly. I'd commend the 'brothers Sri' who liaise closely. Only rarely can you not get either - your real challenge is to spot the difference!
