As the owner of Back Yourself Fitness my personal goal for all of our clients is to make sure we're there to help every way we can. I pride myself on being a support network for my clients and making sure they're focused on what they want to achieve. Each session I put clients through a workout that is specifically designed to help take a step closer to their specific goals.

I've joined the group fitness sessions with this crew, and i haven't got a bad word to say about them.
Matt & Sam have been great at putting a different spin on each session so you are never doing the same thing twice.
Injuries or niggles are never a problem, always quick to think on their feet to dish out alternatives.
Highly recommend these guys.

I have been training with Matt and Sam for many years now and I would recommend both trainers to anyone looking for a PT who takes a personal interest in their fitness journey. They are professional, encouraging, easy to talk to and are genuine young men. You never know what to expect at each session which keeps things fresh and interesting.

I have been training with Matt at Back Yourself Fitness for many years now and he is one of the best in the business!! Great environment, friendly, down to earth and the most supportive trainer that is motivated to get you to your best no matter what fitness level! He is super knowledgeable, challenges you and adapts the workouts to injuries or in my case when I fell pregnant, he is willing to go above and beyond and keeps you accountable.
I went from never lifting weights in my life to after a lot of training/ guidance from Matt, being able to deadlift 100kg and loving weight lifting!!

When you book a session, you have the undivided attention of your trainer, who focusses on technique so you can get the best result without risk of injury.
If you are serious about your training, or just need the right environment to make a start, skip those big names and go where YOUR results are the most important.

Matt at Back Yourself is a wonderful trainer and human. With his help and support I was able to make big progress towards my goals both inside the gym and out. Always going above and beyond, taking time to understand everyone as an individual and working that way rather than a generic one size fits all approach.
I cannot recommend Back Yourself Fitness enough, my biggest regret is not starting sooner. I am healthier, stronger, fitter, faster and have such a better understanding of the human body and my health, plus my confidence has grown tremendously both inside the gym and in life in general

I've been training with Matt at Back Yourself Fitness for the last 5 years. Back Yourself Fitness is a no judgement zone and I always look forward to my next group session or one-on-one PT. Matt is is very knowledgeable and makes the work outs fun while still pushing you hard. 10/10 would recommend Back Yourself Fitness.

I have been going to Matt at Back Yourself Fitness for 2 months now and can’t speak highly enough on Matt’s approach and professionalism. I was in a bad space in terms of fitness and mobility and his focus on form and a balanced program building each week has been brilliant. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants great PT with a high focus on form during training.
