I am a Fitness & Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer operating a boutique mobile business in Brisbane's inner northern suburbs. As a graduate of The Australian Institute of Fitness - Master Trainer and Course Champion, I am also a Studio Pilates Certified Mat Instructor and an Accredited Rehab Trainer.
This practice is a mind/body technique consisting of a series of controlled, flowing movements, which improve your shape and flexibility. Pilates can remedy postural problems by realigning your body structure to its natural balance, allowing internal organs to function more efficiently. Often injury, pain or discomfort comes from imbalance and incorrect muscle movement patterns.
It is important to understand that Restore Fitness & Wellbeing does not offer a generic approach to your fitness journey. I will develop a Personal Training program to ensure you are maximising the effectiveness of your session incorporating Strength and Conditioning, Cardio and HIIT, with Pilates and Flexibility Programs, Nutritional Analysis and Realistic Goal Setting.
Small group training provides a cost-effective way for you to experience the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer at a fraction of the price. Small Group Training, under the guidance of a qualified Personal Trainer, is beneficial for both the individual and the group. You will find that you receive constant encouragement and motivation from both your trainer and your friends.
