Probably the rudest phone conversation I have had with a salon. Gave me an appointment and changed his mind when I asked him about their prices!??. He wants to stick to 'their' customers apparently. Just FYI I now know there are multiple salons in West End offering better services than you. Watch 'your' customer list stagnate āš»
