Lovely location, great views, close to shops and tram stop. Comfy beds. The apartment was spacious, (43) Indoor (heated) and outdoor pool and Spa. The guy at reception (Alex) was friendly and welcoming.
The negatives: very dated, the curtains were coming off the hooks, the couches were very uncomfortable, as was the outdoor furniture, one of the dining chairs was broken, (I advised reception) oven grill kept falling down, the air conditioning unit outside was a rust bucket and we had no Foxtel!
Sliding door to the balcony was hard to open - could do with some WD40!
The pool area was not well

We had the misfortune of staying here back in Winter (July) and sadly this review is mainly negative. It started on the day we arrived. We were told unit 19. won't be ready until 2pm but not to expect anyone to be there upon our arrival. Would have been fine if we didn't encounter the following:
Day of our arrival, we fought our way through 2 gates to get to the box containing our keys. It would be nice to be welcomed in person at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. Ok I have photos.
I just need to let you guys know the truth of this building, it is an old building. It is not well looked after most areas need repainting.
I have been a cleaner and I will say my apartment I stayed in last weekend had not been cleaned or vacuumed for awhile.
To make sure the next people have a clean place, I wrote "clean me" in the dust.
I hope they see it.
Other reasons I know the apartment was not cleaned was I found in sinks gunk and even hair in them, microwave dirty, couch splash marks, dirty marks on walls, cupboard doors, carpet stains too, bugs in light shades rusty

Apartment out dated the windows and doors rattling at all times because of the winds it scared my kids none of us slept properly,the beds are uncomfortable very hard beds , pillows are Kmart cheep ones very uncomfortable We stayed 2 nights paid $500 . When I left I was so exhausted. something came up I had to leave the next day but the girl at the front desk says minimum stay in our facility is 2 nights( she lied) I checked. They weren’t helpful at all, the indoor spa is so small that it’s only good for one person.. not worth it.

We had arrived to our room, the view was lovely but our room was not at all what we had seen on the website. The bathroom was not clean properly, there was soap suds on the soap holder in the shower and hair and dust in the corner of the door.. the verandah had not been cleaned, chairs were old. On booking.com it's listed as a non smoking property, however the neighbours next to us were smoking on the veranda. The amenities like the pool and spa were great and great location with close walking distance to beach and restaurants, but overall very disappointed about the room.. we wanted to change
