Traditional Italian meets contemporary dining at Criniti's, a multi-award winner of 'Australia's Favourite Italian'. Criniti's was originally established in 2003 in Parramatta, within Sydney's west by an inspired husband & wife team, Frank & Rima Criniti. At 23 years of age, they were driven by a passion for fine quality food & cultivated success.

This place is living up to it's good reviews. The harbor side vibe is so great makes you want to spend the whole afternoon there. The sea view and the CBD view is superb. Whether you visit it in the afternoon, or evening, both are stunning. Food taste just right! Don't Miss the Ribs and that pepperoni pizza, oh man they are good! A bit pricey though. Fresh drinks are a good companion to your meal.

Just a waste of time, oysters at $36 and not fresh.
Shells pre-used and washed.
Presentation 2/10 .
I asked if they were fresh she should have said no they come in a glass jar and we put them in washed shells .
Just makes you not want to eat as you dont know who's touched the shells . Ordered coffee and what i ordered was out if stock🤦🏼

The experience from start to (premature) finish was terrible:
We booked an outside table in advance, and then I went in-person to confirm the booking one hour before, but the manager refused to guarantee the table even though there were at least 20 outside tables free.
The bruschetta was terrible, with soggy bread and wilted tomatoes. The replacement dish was just as bad with stale old toasted bread instead of the fresh Italian bread offered in the menu.
The manager told us she thought the food looked fine- see for yourself.
Tourist trash at its lowest.
We didn’t stay for mains.

We had a set menu including drinks booking at 9pm at the Southbank location, we’re not seated til 9.40pm … Had to ask many times for our meals and ended up at the bar paying for our own drinks. Meals didn’t start coming to our table til after 10pm and even then we didn’t get everything we were supposed to. Apparently the Southbank location had to… accommodate bookings from Carlton because they were not open , we were told that by the people on the table next to us who were booked in there. . Food and drink was lovely. Calamari was extremely tender and buttery. The best I've had. The Coco Rum cocktail is definitely a must for any Bacardi lover. Mocktails aren't so exciting for those who don't drink. Menu's are well organise with lots of variety and options for shared meals. Location is lovely, overlooking Darling Harbour. These are the positives.

Was greeted rudely by the wait staff.
We advised 3 times that we were waiting on 2 more people before we were ready to order but despite that we were interrupted 2 more times prior if we were ready to order.
Once we did order, we didn't receive 2 of our entrees and even when we mentioned this, by the time it had come out everyone was mostly finished their mains.
Bare in mind, there was only 5-6 tables max in the entire restaurant (not the slightest busy at all).

Good evening, I attended your restaurant in Darling Harbour for my Christmas party and have to be completely honest and say myself and team were left disappointed in your restaurant’s customer service skills and overall attitude toward serving us. Throughout dinner we tried numerous times to gain contact through waiters and waitresses yet were ignored and left unattended. Myself and team were shocked to learn that the staff and hostess had closed off the deposit without informing us of her actions. No air-conditioning inside and windows closed, come on guys, if we would wanted to go to sauna we would! Wouldn't you want to ventilate the indoors due to Covid? Just doesn't make any sense. Food was ample and nice though, service was very very slow, one hour exactly for my drink to arrive, no table water served, a lot of people behind the bar, but only one delivering drinks to the tables?

Went here for lunch on the weekend (after the lockdown!) – We ordered the Mamma Rosa's Risotto and Scotch fillet – Risotto was absolutely delicious, scotch fillet was alright – the portions are pretty big. Drinks were good but cocktails took way too long. Will definitely go back for the pizza next time.

Over 300+ items to choose from - your traditional pizzas, pastas and more. Great for group bookings as there's plenty of seating - but definitely book! Food is great and has never disappointed the many times I've been here (the mozzarella stick is a must!) - however, the service can be more attentive (took a long time to signal a waiter/ess) and a bit friendlier from certain staff.
