We booked a 3 night stay and arrived at 7pm on Friday night after arranging a late check in. Unfortunately the next day the lockdown was announced and through no fault of our own we had no choice but to check out. The manager on site insisted on charging us for 2 nights stay as he said he would be unable to rent the room out on Saturday night which he couldn't do anyway with the lockdown. We ended up paying $600 for one night stay even though the rate on the website was $360 and only got less then 50% of our refund. We would.have been happy to come back and stay there again but the manager clearly

A beautiful place to stay, the pool is perfectly situated with enough shade and sun. You are private enough from the flurry of Hastings Street. Yet when you want to join in on the Hasting sprawl is at your door steps.
Rooms are spacious and styled with sophistication.

We had a lovely ladies weekend away in one of the 3 bedroom apartments. Its at the quieter end of Hastings which was ideal. Easy walk to all the restaurants and a small skip to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and the units were clean and well presented. The pool was great in between ocean swims and the level of service from Wendy, Cathy and Duncan was exemplary! We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Maison. The location is great and the rooms are stylish and well equipped.
We travelled with our 6month old in a one bedroom apartment and the only thing that was slightly annoying is the bedroom is only separated from the rest of the living space by shutters so we felt like we had to be super quiet when bub was napping.
We liked that the resort we located towards the quieter end of Hastings Street as it feels more private and you also don't have the public walking past 30cm away from the pool fence like some of the neighbouring accommodation!

I would not recommend this motel.
Unfortunately due to the global pandemic we had to cancel our wedding. These guys offered no help with making changes to our accommodatio, they simply said we either pay them $100 to get a "12 month credit" or forfeit our $500 deposit
They offered no real help, not even a sorry about this situation. It was all about them, the fact they feel it is reasonable to charge someone because of the situation they played no part in speaks volume about them.
Should you book here and something happens I doubt you'll get any help from the owner, they'll likely just try and

Beautiful, modern apartments with the beach right in front (60 second walk from the pool) and hastings street right behind.
Try to book the third floor apartments if you can as they have the best views and also have their own rooftop dining/tanning areas to enjoy.

Only negative would be that the car park is cramped and awkward to enter. You won't want to be making many drives though as everything is pretty much in walking distance.

We just had a glorious week at Maison Noosa. Location was perfect being right on Noosa Main Beach at the quieter more private end. We had a 3 Bedroom Beachfront apartment overlooking the pool and the beach. The kids loved the pool and spa. The staff at reception were very accommodating to any request, even having buckets and spades for the children and a small library of books. The apartment was spotless and the girls coming in each day to change our towels were happy and pleasant. So close to restaurants and shops being right on Hastings St. We didn’t want to leave! I loved staying here on a recent family trip. It has virtually everything we needed. A kids friendly pool with multiple levels, spa, BBQ area and was down the quiet end of the beach with direct access.
Also right on Hastings Street so could step out the door on to the life of Noosa.
Also very impressed with the room as it had all the amenities and a decent space. Only minor item I would mention is if you are Street facing you will get some morning garbage truck noise on some days.
I'd definitely stay there again.
