Was greeted by the host to the room and was told to please clean up the room when you check out or deposit maybe lost, I have never known a place that you have to clean up yourself after paying all that money for a service!
The beds where shocking, you only needed to move slightly and they would creek very loudly.

We loved our stay at Harbour Escape Docklands! The apartment had everything we needed, was quite and spacious for our family of 5. Great location, with trams a short stroll from the front door it’s so easy to… get around the city. We would certainly recommend it to anyone interested in seeing the fireworks for NYE as we had the perfect viewing point from our balcony.

Had a great stay. Excellent location and well maintained very clean building. Loved the pool and sauna facilities.The two bedroom apartment overlooking the docklands area was excellent. So close to town, just jump on a tram and you're in Melbourne Central in 5 minutes. Definitely coming back.

We spent 6 nights in a two bedroom apartment overlooking the Harbour. Great location, free tram service right outside which meant we didn’t have to use the car and the kids loved it!

A family of 3, we have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at Harbour Escape Apartments. Fantastic location, with great views, the apartment is very well-equipped - really a home from home - very comfortable. Checking in was easy and the owner friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Just had a great 3 night stay here in two bed/two bath apartment with my 3 kids. The apartment had everything we needed, there were plenty of food places and activities close by and the owners were very helpful.

My family stayed 5 night there for our melbourne visiting.
good: The View was awesome, and 5 mins walking to a tram station which was convenience to go to city area with free-tram-zone. The apartment was well… maintain, tidy and clean. Beds were comfortable...Stuff were nice and friendly, I like Tony,haha...
improvement: The unit we stayed, the shower had 'gentle' water presure (may be it was the water-saving shower head). It could took longer time to wash up. However it was not a issue anyway....
Overall, a place I would like to stay again for my next visit...Keep up the good work guys
